Man, I never thought it would happen, but there is literally nothing on this list, that I don't already own in the case of Mount and Blade, I want at all. Oh well, still a great list in general, it'll help tons of people. Keep it up sir.
Same! There is not a single game I look forward to anymore, and there doesn't seem to be any games that I haven't heard of that I like either. I stopped gaming for a whole year, having been playing games in some way or another most of my life since I was 10. I'm now 45.
I have put just shy of 1200 hours into Rome 2 let alone the rest of the series and I can say it is way too easy to drop time and not realize just how much time you dropped on it because "one more turn" is always nagging at you. Also, I think I gotta give King Arthur a shot given how deep that discount is. Great video man :) Also 18:25 look at him go
@@easilydistractedgames My steam shows that 6/10 games in terms of hours played are from the TW series. I won't say how many hours that totals, but Rome 2 does take up a healthy chunk of that
I am a beginner to total war and I cannot put that many hours in at a time. After doing a battle I already feel fatigued and cba to start another one lol
This list really helped me…… to throw half the games out of my shopping cart because it reminded me how many amazing games I have with not nearly enough hours played. This will be a cheap sale for me 😅
Honestly when I saw the thumbnail of the Beaver I immediately thought that there was going to be an RTS game of Narnia you know with the White witch, but I guess not.
For Mount and Blade -- what was not mentioned is that you can let your armies fight automatically and just focus on the management and strategy aspects of the game.
I have not encountered your videos before, but after seeing your channel name, I just had to click on it even though I am working right now.... easily distracted barely begins to summarize my nature lol.
That's awesome! I came up with the name because with the games I really enjoy, I always find myself getting lost in the game's world, forgetting what I'm meant to do, but having so much fun in the process. Plus, my daily life is the same :) I get easily distracted all the time.
I hate lists like this, or more accurately my bank account hates lists like this. 😂 I appreciate your making what is clearly a list personalized for me.
Sorry for the late reply! Only saw this comment now. Have you played Kingdom Come: Deliverance I or II? Nothing really comes close besides Warband I think.
I was an Anno 1602 fan But 😮 I would say 100% non biased that 1404 and 1800 are the 2 best Anno so far. 1404 for the spy sabotage and war on island troops systems. And 1800 for the realistic ocean wind and battle features (and multiple-maps gameplay in simultaneous for bigger multiple maps 🗺️🗺️🗺️ gameplay conquering and trading between different regions) And amazing Quality of life for building and managing islands which no other Anno implement sadly because it's a no return zone once you play 1800, all other Anno feel like playing with scissors ✂️ after playing with a decent build n economy system
Love Xcom 2 put I heal my Toons and even a turn or so away from finishing the Mission. They go back to the ship with Wounds that Ive already Healed!?! That become very annoying.
@@prophetseven728 -- frustrated to play XCOM 2. Have no idea about the strategy. Just try the first campaign (after tutorial) but my troops always death. Looks like difficult game
@@setyoufree2726 You can lower the Difficulty. Do some saves. Before you do a lot of actions. Remember were the enemy is. It is a little cheat. But if you can not beat it. That should help you learn than go back and play the game as do or die. Try Xcom 1 first too. Its a bit easier.
Tropico... a Caribbean island city builder game series that decided it would make total sense to get rid of any sign of coastal / beach tourism & businesses. Seriously... WTF!?!? Where the fu*k are the tiki bars, clubs, surfer / beach entertainment, etc..??
I own Timberborn and I cannot recommend it. It's a good half of a game but the devs are pretty lazy. They just don't deliver content at an acceptable rate.
Hopefully your wallets still have some change left for these! What will you be getting?

Thank you, haha next time I'll look for some Planet Crafter-likes, that might help..

Yeah, which games do you play the most from this list. 😮

Damn that's a lot of hours!

There is even rts mod that lets you play battles like total war
Songs of Conquest is propably the best strategy game of 2024
@marekkos3513 oh yeah!? Why
Age of wonders 4?
Thanks, for reminding me how much I loved a number of the games.
Company of heroes 2 and 3, totally worth it.
Gates of Hell would be a great addition to this list. It is underrated and deserves more attention
I wanted to include that! Maybe next time, but thanks for the reminder!

Just one or two games won't hurt 😁
I feel your pain trying to recommended RTS games. You did AOE4 dirty, though. It's so good. AOE2 is the GOAT but 4 is amazing also.
Thank you ♥♥
I bought Timberborn 3x because of your shenanigans marcooo
3:51 The coal must flow
aw I was hoping Stellaris would be in there, it’s the best. Against the Storm is also a good city builder Strategy game.
Songs of conquest, age of wonders 4, warhammer 40k : rogue trader, warhammer 40k chaos gate
People are loving Songs of Conquest! Have you played it yet?
Great listttt
Thank you, glad you like it!

Why did I click another video, when I know I already played them all...
- Total War Rome II
+ Total War Rome Remastered
- Anno 1800
+ Anno 1602
Also great suggestions!

can you explain why total war rome remastered instead of rome 2?
WarTales also good
Playing it right now, it's amazing
I am suprised total war warhammer 3 isnt on here

Songs of Conquest for me w/ new DLC

We need xcom 3 and 4 and more
I need xcom 3 😭
Right! Maybe if there's a crowd-funded one it'll happen
Strategies, huh? I suggest adding Sims 2, League of Legends, Counter-Strike and Raid:Shadow Legends.
Sims 2 was my jam, had almost every expansion, including Hot Date 😅
@easilydistractedgames Cheers! I finished every career type in it. We literally fought with my sister about who's getting to this game first.
where is stellaris
Had it in my previous video, didn't want to keep showing the same games 😅

I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully they'll release more updates soon..
Frostpunk 1 is a major disappointment to me. I didn't sign up for all the silly politics after the mid-game. So, I never finished that game.
yeah xcom 2 mods is basically unplayeble they change the launcher
The problem with AOE is the small maps !!!!!! If they made them 10 times bigger oh boy that would be wild 💥💥💥💥💥💥
