- First time on a bike in over 10 years so I decided to borrow a MTB and go for a quick overnighter in Yorkshire.
Really buzzing that a bike can fit in the back of the Volvo XC90 👍🏼
Out in the Naturehike Cloud Up 2.

If you ever try bike packing again check out storing your gear on the bike. So many bags/mounts out there to use the forks/frame for storage. Also lift the saddle a bit 👍
"Two man tent... sorry.. two person tent."
*snowflake flashes up*
Brilliant mate 😂😂😂
Great video as always Liam.
I recently did a review of the Naturehike Cloud Up 2. I love it! It's deffo my go-to tent.
Thanks pal, Cloud Up 2 was my first ‘proper’ tent that I bought last year when I started getting into Wild Camping. I know technically its still in the budget end of tents but its great value for money. I’ll check your review out 👍🏼
Nice catch :)
Liam mate! When you pulled up in your lorry, I almost expected a bunch of your kids to pile out... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 😬
BTW- Great Catch! 👏🏻
Thanks for the video! 🙌🏻 👍🏻
England’s number 1 England’s England’s number 1 🎶🎶🎶 what a save mate lol
🤣🤣 thanks mate
11:11 what a save!
Hahaha i know, just in time.
As entertaining as ever Liam. IF, you do use that bike again, just raise the saddle about 2 inches, you will be amazed how much easier it is to pedal 👍🏼
Cracking video Liam, well caught with the Wok 😂
Like your dry style of presenting 👍🏻
Peace Buddy 🎉
Thank you 😊👍🏼
Nice catch! 😂 Is that a cover you have on your gas bottle? Those are some dope glasses, fella 😎
Yeah gas cover, not needed in this weather like but looks cool 😅
I once got all the gear for bike packing, instead l ended up camping and hiking. I think you should consider doing bike packing. Nice food you cooked there...
Ice flame / flames creed quilt mate. Good 3 season budget quilt. Comfort rating of 5, under 700g and about £130. Can’t fault mine for the price 👍🏻
Another Beltin video Liam, great save you pulled off 😂😂
Thanks Andy 👍🏼
I’m local to you mate I bought all the gear for bike camping and never been 😂 I have got concerns about waking up with no bike I don’t suppose there is as much worry when it’s not your bike 🤣
🤣 yeah i was glad it was still there in the morning. Get yourself out on a bikepacking trip mate 😊👍🏼 thanks for the comment , appreciate the support
Bike camping is brilliant, i do it all the time with my folding ebike and burley travoy folding bike trailer .
Bet an e-bike certainly helps mate and I bet having a trailer is awesome! Thanks for watching buddy
Brighten my morning that did Liam
Thanks Lee 👍🏼
Nice 1 Liam, another great video. Would be good to see more camps with the bike, maybe try get your hands on a leky bike🤣🚲
Had me in stitches 😂😂😂. That whistle at the end lol. What team do you support? Please please dont say Man Utd
Just came across your channel. I watch a lot of "camping with Steve" and he does a lot of stealth camping I would love to see you do more of that interesting to see the difference in UK and the US 👌
It looked like a successful night by the Cow and Calf
Spot on mate 👌🏼 thanks for watching
Superb Liam. Loving the various video angles edited together, not to mention the drone footage. Better quality than a Channel 5 documentary.
Appreciate that pal, thank you 😊👍🏼
nice one Liam you channel is going from strength 2 strength mate, get some GBO patches done mate, i'll buy one for my pack take care atb from Scotland.
Another cracking video mate i love the cooking too tasty meal outdoors 😊
Cheers Jason mate
If your after a quilt system look into a snugpak jungle blanket teamed up with some army softie trousers and coat. Fairly cheap and gives you options
I’ll check it out mate, i’ve got some down pants so paired up with them should be all good.
Thanks for watching pal
Fair play, brave on the bike, lucky with the food.❤❤
Thanks buddy, yeah it was a close call with that wok 🤣
Wok n roll 😅
🤣
As always, great video mate 👍 this reminded me of my bike I had in the 1970s, we stripped all the boring, unnecessary bits off our bikes... Mudguards, lights, reflectors and brakes. When the local copper came to our primary school to do the cycling proficiency course, he took one look at our bikes and told us to take them home 😂 anyway, thank you for sharing your knowledge, skills, experiences and adventures 😊 take care Liam and God bless you 👍🙏🙏
Lmao i remember doing the cycling proficiency, don’t think i’ve been on a bike too many times since! Thanks for watching Colin, always appreciate you watching regularly and always look for your comment 👍🏼take care mate
Never done mountain bike camping b4 to hard with all the kit on your back down hill fine up hill no ta 😂. Cracking video again m8 👍
Yeah up hill was a real struggle, e-bike would sure be easier 🤣 thanks for watching mate 👍🏼
Good one mate.😂
Thanks bro
oh man ! the triathalon is in full swing haha! but KAMMOK Firebelly 30°F Down Trail quilt is what i use pretty warm ish etc :) also #ninjawok nice save you did! next up paddle board camping ha!
Lmao it certainly is, it needs to happen. Triathlon Camping ..
got lucky with the wok, just used the force and the reaction kicked in 🤣
Thanks for watching mate
@GoodBlokeOutdoors haha anytime, 😄 always good to watch ur content! :) force wok 😆 🤣
Nice one Liam, loving the videos mate!
Thank you for watching, glad you are liking them 😊👍🏼
Loved the video 👍
Thanks Carol 😊👍🏼
What backpack you use? great video.. Thankyou brother✌️
Berghaus Panamax 👍🏼 thanks for watching
Nice 1 and good catch lol.i use a quilt for 3 season it's good down to freezing with baselayer on I've been down to minus 3 with down pants and down jacket.its a cumulus 350 they do a 450 as well there great lots of room and hardly weigh anything but there an import so cost about 270 quid only thing with it is the baffles run across and the down migrates to the sides so if you get 1 get vertical baffles.the good 1s aren't cheap I'd say get 1 with at least a 0c comfort.enlightend equipment and ugq do top end 1s more budget is the flames creed
Thanks for watching Craig and i’ll check out those quilts mate, may be £270 but if its what you use for 3 seasons / most of the year then its £270 well spent 👍🏼
😂😂😂I’m sure some people enjoy it not for me though mate 😂
Lol i’m still in 2 minds
7:41 two them tent 😂
Lmao thats the 1
And thanks for watching Michael 👍🏼
Why all load on shoulder? At least have one water bottle on frame. 😊
I know, i’ve learnt since that this is not the way to go!
Did you lock the car? Best go back and check.
Probably not 😅
Ilkley Moor 🫶
To be fair looked like a bit of a laugh for a short trip. Don't think I'd like to be cycling with that back pack though
Yeah its not ideal having the backpack on, i’ll be doing it properly next time 👍🏼
Nice one Liam; mixing things up and trying something different. Riding off-road with 18kg strapped to your back is not exactly easy. Plenty of so-called bike-packers would never think of riding with a bloody big rucksack.
Your knees will have been hurting cos' the saddle is too low for you; lift it up a bit mate, low saddle is murder on the knees.
Top editing, top content, proper entertaining And an amazing save with the pan. Thanks for taking us with you on your adventures.
A couple people have mentioned the saddle being too low! Deffo going to get some bags for the frame If I go out again on a bike 👍🏼 thanks for watching mate and I appreciate the advice
