Great info! What are your thoughts on the role of electrolytes? Do you think it’s worth supplementing drinks with them, or do you think water is more than enough to get the job done?
I think if you are eating well then you should be fine, but if you are doing significantly longer runs (10+ miles) then electrolytes added to water is not a bad idea for replacing fluids during the run.
