Great video - I'm moving to Minnesota from Seattle in the fall for a new job and I've definitely found your content to be super useful! It's really challenging to get a sense of Minnesota having never visited, but your videos have really helped. Especially since we want to buy a home soon after the holidays.
So glad Amber brought up Linden Hills at the end. I'm not interested in living in the suburbs (hate total car-dependence) and would find current city neighborhood content even more helpful. If you have any ideas as to what areas are the most walkable or bikeable (besides the downtowns of course) that would be so so useful. Especially ones that have a cute neighborhood vibe. Based off of your previous videos, I'm wondering if it's Highland Park/Mac Groveland or something like that (Linden Hills/Fulton)?

Me too! I'm very passionate about sustainability and lowering the impacts of climate, so I would love to find the most walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood as possible. Also, these places just tend to be much more vibrant anyway.

Great video! I would suggest considering a better mic for Amber next time please. I could still hear her, but was definitely lower volume than Jesse. Amber seems like an excellent addition to the team! Congrats on getting her. She seems like a gem in the Twin Cities Real Estate RUclips community.
One thing I'd recommend is turn down the background music a bit couldn't hear Amber at certain points! Otherwise loved the video, really making me consider Minnesota!
