    I brought a bottle of the 21 year old archive about 5 years ago to take on a visit to my father in law’s house. His father was born in Scotland and was a huge scotch fan. It was a really special experience to share that bottle with him over the week we were there for a visit and I will always cherish those memories now that he has passed away.

    My favorite bottle of all time is the Glenlivet 18 year. I’ve been drinking whiskey for a long time and I will never forget the smooth buzz of the that particular bottle when I tried it for the first time. Every other brand I tried for the first time pales in comparison to that one. Cheers!

  • @southsidesmoka

    The Glenlivet has been my go-to drink since I discovered it just a few years ago. The 12 year is a must have in my bar.
    I was surprised how much I liked the Caribbean Reserve bottle a couple summers ago when I tried it, and as long as it's made, it'll be on my shelf during the summer. Definitely get a bottle of that when the weather warms up.

  • @sissydreams7494

    I like Founders Reserve, but truly hope that the 12 Year Old is NEVER phased out of the US market. The 12 is much better and has been one of my "GO TO" whiskies for many years. Most bars have it, too, so it's an easy pick when out on the town or traveling. Their 18 year will be one of my next purchases.

    • @MultiDryder
      @MultiDryder 2 года назад +1

      I actually looked into it and I dont think it will be phased out. Back in 2015 they did diacontue the 12 year but they brought it back after enough people demanded it
      At the worse I think they just might stop making for awhile until demand picks up then give up more

    Glenlivet 12 was discontinued in various markets about 4 years ago. There is no plans to discontinue the 12.

    It's been some time since this video was done, I'm wondering if the 12 year is still going to be done away with?

    ''$25,000 kind of expensive.'' The biggest whiskey price understatement of all-time. LOL

    Cant believe they're really phasing out the 12yr, but if they are that makes sense, as I've seen it priced wildly, anywhere from $35-$50 lately, here at the end of 2022.

    Hahaha 32$ for the founders reserve, I fricken wish. I’m Canada that bottle is over 80$ and the 12 year is close to 100$. If it was 32$ here I might actually be an alcoholic.
