Very happy with my T7, just bought Waveform, it's a GREAT Daw, hope you'll add in a future release a solid AUDIO QUANTIZE function (like the one in Cubase or, you can do it, even better :-)
My fade handles are missing. How do I find them? I've always wondered why music making softwares are so "broken" and "flimsy" in feel. I've used coding, graphics and video editing softwares for quite a long time, but the music softwares always seem somehow off and unintuitive.
Duplicate doesn't work as shown at 8:20 in Waveform 10. When you duplicate the one drum hit, it actually just extends that drum hit, as if you had dragged out the length of the sample.
For some reason when I recorded a track and played it with my MIDI keyboard there was no volume but I could see the notes. Why is it doing this? Do I need the paid version to make it work? I have the free version.
is there a way to get the " transporter module " at the top? i am to used to that having it upthere and down the mixer but i was not able to find any menu or shortcut to do this
nice software i have question please, how you can select one track when you have 2 or more instrumentals like editing it alone, i mean when you move the mouse its already select all the other tracks i cant figure this point out
trim isnt working in version 11.5 -- it is just hide the content and i dont know how to delete selected content permanentaly from and edit ??? ! i dont see trim option, CUT also hide the content
Click the Clip FX icon top of the waveform and select Volume. You can drag the line up/down to adjust the clip level. Alternatively, look into track automation. If you've any further questions please get in touch with a support agent - tracktion.zendesk.com
Why making it so difficult, can't they incorporate simple file select system to import on track. So, confusing to bring the file on track. Rather there should be some Add file button on every track we create.. and the desired sound to import on track. totally confusing system
These instructional videos are somewhat helpful, but they presume that the viewer already knows a lot about this type of product. That reduces the value of the training. They don't define many of the terms they use. For example, they talk about a "loop" or a "plugin" without defining them or explaining their function, so the viewer must guess. They demonstrate how to do something without explaining the purpose. For example, in this video, he repeatedly "splits" a loop. Why do we need to do that ?

the point of tracktion was having everything on one screen, well i think they gave up on it somewhere in the middle and now its a clusterfuck :/
The interface is really hard to understand especially beginners
