Sticky Walnut Cinnamon Rolls - Ep. 85

- So I've been away in Greenland for the past 5 weeks and this is what I craved when skiing on the ice! Since being back home, they have been made 3 times! Soooo good!
INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
4 cups Flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2-1/2 teaspoons Salt
113g of butter
1 cup chopped walnuts/pecans
1/2 cup golden syrup
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3/4 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
100 g butter
Bake at 180C for 20 mins

WB. Recent studies suggest walnuts may prevent dementia. Sticky rolls seem like a great way to take our anti-dementia medication.

Is the wallnut mixture easy to come off after baking ?
If you hit it with hot water and soap before the mixture goes solid, it's all good. Let it cool.and it will be like trying prying cold lava
When do u put salt as it’s not mentioned

Celtic Saint puedes usar miel en vez de jarabe de maiz (además es más sano)
