Recently been experimenting with some of the Kosmos I have and came up with a ramen recipe last week with wing dust in the broth with the seasoning packet they give you now I need ramen video.
Makes no sense to cut meat off the ends if you tie it up. Fold the ends under after trimming the fat and silver skin. It will help keep the main body of the loin stay rare and juicy, plus you have some cooked a little more for folks who do not like rare.
