Yay! Kelly and Miranda! They were a source of motivation for me to finally finish my MFT license. The emails and the blogs and articles helped me follow through even though I wasn’t in a position to actually open any type of practice at that time (10 + years later, I’m finally gearing up lol) - it’s nice to see all three of you together!
I have realized that I have been misclassified as a contractor after speaking to a lawyer. The ethics of the practice also has given me significant concern. I want to leave the practice but I don't know how to approach the conversation or how to process the leaving my clients. Do they provide consults on how to navigate the conversation.
