I bought a 2021 3791RD in October of 2020 and was told the frame flex issue was resolved for the new models. My wife noticed a large crack down the side last night. I tow with a 2020 F350 DRW and have a Trail Saver hitch. The hitch has 3 airbags and 4 shock absorbers and the RV still cracked. Pretty disappointing. ......... I heard that best place to take it is Affinity RV Group. The problem is that is over 2k miles round trip and will cost me over 1k in fuel.

Ya right, phone a customer service rep? You stoners installed the bedroom cable slide angle brackets wrong, the slide doesn’t go out enough so the closet door hits the bed frame and will not open fully. The brackets needed to be flush with the inside of the cabinet not 1-3/4 inches ahead. Phoned and got the standard answer of that’s the way they are supposed to be installed. Took pictures, gave measurements but again dealing with stoners is like wrestling a pig in the mud, the pigs love it.
I would love to have a drawing of our tank placements under the floor of our 2016 3010 Alpine. I would gladly pay for the schematics of everything under the floor.

If the frame is powder coated why does it rust so quickly? I have a 2020 Montana High Country and the “I’ beam started to rust a month after I received it!

Your strap is not heavy metal a 1 1/2" x 1/8 piece of flat bar is not very strong. Now use some 2" x 1/4" and that might help. Also why not use some type of sleeve where the wires pass through the cross members? Just because they are a rolled edge doesn't mean they won't get chafed.
I have new Keystone Raptor 356 5th wheel purchased in April 2020. We love it but have a significant issue with the frame being bent. The left side of the RV has two slides, full refrigerator, oven and microwave. The leaf springs are flat and the tires rub the wheel well. It’s a major safety issue. The RV is not level. Today, we had the leaf springs replaced and they are flat and did not resolve the issue. So frustrating. Keystone, please help. I have been communicating with customer service and they are aware.

Too bad they never paid attention to all the areas around the frame that mice and rodents can git into the. Its a tough fix after its built as I found on my 2020 Montana 3120rl :(

@@KeystoneRVCompany Well that didn't work. I spoke with Lisa, she states that Owner support does not provide those, and that I may be able to get this through my Keystone dealer. I'll pursue that route for now. Fyi, my Fuzion 369 has 3 known holding tanks, yet 4 tank drain valves. I assume the 4th is for the W/D hookup in the garage. Idk if that is a holding tank or a direct drain line only. Dealer can't answer that question either.
