Vline is better than Metro for looking after staff. But hardest thing is to get you foot in the door, take what you can and then move once qualified if you're not happy.
@@BLAZEPLAZS Starting as a V line Conductor is probably the easiest foot in the door, in terms of actually working on board trains. To get selected as a driver, you've got to stand out amongst thousands of other applicants for just a few positions.
Love the sound of the horn. Why can't, or don't all Victorian trains have that horn? Also what is the (Site of) Lightwood? at 20:29.
Lightwood was a station, not very big. It had a siding and a few signals. If you didn't know about it, you wouldn't know it was there, today. 👍😀
