- If you have water pouring into the cab during a rain or at the car wash this might be the issue. Now any time water is leaking into the cab, make sure it's not warm (possible heater core leak) if the water is cold or cool then you might have this problem. Hope this helps.
When are you comeing back??????
Torrential rains had my passenger side floor board 2inches or more full of water. Heard water running and stuck my hand under the glove box and it was pouring in. Have 2009 Mustang and saw your video. Got to the plug easily enough mine has two sections so didnt have to remove windshield wiper. it was completely packed with mud! Thanks! Saved me a trip to the mechanic who knows what that would have cost.
k swarr sweet man. glad I could help.
Glad to see you are back. I miss your detecting videos, I learned a lot from you watching your videos with the AT Pro. Best of luck to you in the new year.........
Where have you been? No metal detecting? Hope all is well
Good to see you are still alive and well there Evan.
Have you been out detecting much in the past 6 months?
insaynbcr no I haven't. Really starting to miss swinging a coil
Well as I'm sure others are, I really miss seeing your detecting video adventures.
On your Weebly page you posted picture of a Holmes Pritchard & Co button. How old is it. this was back in 2013 when you found yours.
That doesnt ring a bell but let me check.
Holmes, Pritchard & Co. Waterbury CT. c. 1845. This backmark was only used a few years.
@@Gonehunting73 So it is from 1845?
@@Gonehunting73 What does all that mean after the company name. "C 1845"
@@petrovstalingrad3994 circa or approximately 1845
Thanks. This cured my problem.
Just pull both of those badly designed rubber drain plugs (one on the drivers side also along firewall under wiper mechanism), then stay on top of keeping the area as clean as possible. You can get to them without removing the cowling. A preventative measure is to tape or glue some fine window screen under the cowling slots, that will help keep some of the junk out of those void areas behind the firewall. The grommet cowling retaining clips need replaced if they deteriorated, the originals were a bad design, also clean the under carriage drain holes along the passenger and drivers side, these fill with dirt and water will seep through the badly sealed body seams (thanks Ford for the quality) into the floor area, usually the back seat area.
Thats interesting because I'm having that problen with my F150 pick up. . I'll have to check it.
What happened to even? I used to watch all his vids. Now there are a thousand detecting channels
