    Man I have to do this to my old 7.3 up north the salt eats trucks up faster then anything.

    What did you use for the texture on the black paint after you finished?

      It's just Duplicolo spray can bedliner.

    Where did you get the parts? Particularly the cross piece of the floor area.

      The kits on eBay are 150 - 300 for corners and outer panels...u can make the back one easy

    Was the process hard? Would you say a novice welder/ body worker could do it?

      Not too bad. I'm just a hack. I did have a good mig welder and went real slow though.

    What is the back side of the rocker panel called. I'm getting ready to replace the rockers on my excursion and don't know what to look for?
