I used to work for sephora and can confirm the Do not drink perfume is discontinued, we had it on sale around March. Not to worry about the expiration date because perfumes have a shelf life of around 3 years! Unfortunately, it cannot be bought anymore if not from resellers.
Just to let you know - I am from Poland and I found this calendar on the polish sephora website. It was originaly sold for 329PLN (83,72 USD), but is now at -25% sale. It's value is supposed to be 625PLN (159.03USD). There are also 6 5-star reviews. Hope that's interesting for you ❤️

I think this one actually made me angrier than any other calendar you've opened. I just bought my daughter a nearly identical pack of five face masks a couple of weeks ago for $5 for the whole pack. And that blender sponge is the same style as the Target up and up generic sponges, which is all I ever buy, and they're $2.75. the fact that they're passing this off is a premium is what makes it so upsetting. Absolutely garbage.
There's such a sad/bad difference between the US (sad/bad) compared to the UK version.... I've never been able to figure out why some of these brands do this to the US market. These videos remind me why I get the Ulta one every year 22 dollars before tax and a lot of the stuff is decently sized compared to other calendars legit the lipstick was 0.02 off from being full sized
I worked at Sephora for years I recently took a different job. I roughly calculated the retail value of this calendar while you unboxed it. I came up with $204. I guessed $20 on the fragrance, I have honestly never seen that before. I was generous with the mask prices as they cost $6 but more often than not they’re 50% off at $3.50. The eyeliner they included is the least expensive one the collection offers but that sucker is seriously waterproof! I’d love to see you do an Ulta one as well. ❤

The perfume (based on what I could find) was released in 2020 and apart from two in Februrary 2023 on Sephora France, there haven't been any reviews on any international site I could find since December 2022. Plus people have been asking for dupes of the sister scent (vanilla) that was released at the same time on Reddit starting at least six months ago. So. Almost certainly an old, unsold product.
Oh Sephora, you never fail to disappoint. It's reassuring in a way to know that no matter what else is going on in the world that Sephora will never change their advent calendar offerings. At this point I think every single person owns a gua sha, it's really time for brands to find the next 5 cent item they include in everything and mark up to 15 dollars. They really should be embarrassed, how does the biggest beauty store think this is in any way acceptable. The perfume was ok to get but no, it makes it worse because it shows what the calendar should be, they have the products!! I didn't even purchase any of their calendars but I'm angry on the behalf of everyone who did. I'm getting heated. My 6 month old rescue kitten finally learned to both like being petted & to really meow, all overnight, so I'm going to go play with her because petting cute animals is supposed to be calming. I feel like, if you like the Sephora Collection and never got an advent calendar from them before, you would probably be happy with this. It's not great, but at least you didn't get a tiny mirror, blister pack, stickers, or a hair tie. The products are all bigger even if they aren't full size. As far as Sephora advent calendars go, this isn't that bad.

I feel like Sephora and Macys are neck-and-neck in the crushing disappointment that their calendars provide. These are supposed to be fun, not cheap crap, especially when you consider the price. I used to love advent calendars but most have been really disappointing of late. Unless you spend $300+ on a foreign-made calendar, it's not worth it.

@@sarawhite9338 Perfume is mainly alcohol. It can't go bad on a sealed container. It doesn't even really lose scent. A lot of "shelf life" numbers are just because you're legally not allowed to go over wx for yz. Btw, even really old, opened, perfumes get sold on some platforms. Usually it's well beloved ones that aren't available anymore, or really expensive ones that you normally couldn't afford, but can now afford an almost full bottle from someone who's aunt has died recently and won't need it anymore. Sounds a bit odd, but is a surprisingly big market and given that Parfum is basically a disinfectant (somewhat) it's also not unhygienic. And a great opportunity, for people that are interested.

If you like the smell of watermelon flavoring, you should try to get an opportunity to smell hooded nudibranch. It’s a type of sea slug and it smells like that watermelon scent/flavoring.

Ooo, I just found the best body gel that smells like watermelon Jolly Ranchers. It’s from the brand Tree Hut. I’ve seen it at Target, Walmart and Ulta. It is so yummy. If we were able to send you stuff, I would send a bottle to you try! ❤️

Thank you for sharing! This calendar absolutely should not be “premium” - it’s basic & potentially contains old/discontinued/expired products. I had higher hopes for this one, but as usual, Sephora lets us down because that’s just what they do with their advent calendars. 🙄 I don’t see the value here either… sheet masks and very little full-size anything. How disappointing for a premium calendar! Thanks for saving us the money! Hope you feel better soon!! 🙏🏼💗💯

Ooo, I just found the best body gel that smells like watermelon Jolly Ranchers. It’s from the brand Tree Hut. I’ve seen it at Target, Walmart and Ulta. It is so yummy. If we were able to send you stuff, I would send a bottle to you try! ❤️

The toner has been discontinued 😢 At least in Portugal 😂 the perfumes were also for sale for a while. And this wasnt now, I believe they have been discontinued for a couple of months 😅
