@@powertoolsclinic This is a Makita HM1307C Demolition Hammer! The problem is that it won't start! The green LED on the controller lights up, but the engine does not start! I replaced the controller, but the controller is not the fault!! I connected 12V to the brushes and the engine started! I measured the stator with an ohmmeter, without a brush holder! There is resistance between only 2 outputs, nothing can be measured between the others! Maybe one of the coils is broken?
Check the carbon brush if the carbon brush is short Replace it with the new one for the good of your machine Replace all O rings and Hammer grease inside the machine but if you don't know how to Disassemble contact your local Makita distributor or dealer in your country thanks
Nice work ! So i watched the entire video. I don't what i missed. What actually kept the tool from operating? I have 3 of these down at my shop and Im sure I checked everything. Ive checked and replaced switches, new brushes, new electic motor, ive changed a control board and still nothing. I have the green light but the tool will not operate. Any insight would be appreciated.
@@powertoolsclinic thankyoi for kind respond, but it has no oil indicator or oil inlet or outlet. Also no oil change procedure written in manual book, i try to find vidio about it, but still didnot found one yet
