see hows it's going after a period of heavy use, easy to un-cease it in the short term, to make it last the full service period requires a workshop manual spec. service.
Nice video and I have a Vevor, how fast does it go threw oil when using it? I put 10w40 in it and a lot comes out when I take the bit out, should it be dark with metal in it? Thank you
some people using 10w40 for lubricate .it work but it may cause damage to motor fan.cause 10w40 thin go inside motor easy.. paslode oil when shoot get hot it not thin out and it not burn.non toxic

Hi Simon! I hope you are well, not sure if you'll see this 2 years later but I have acquired a titan breaker as spare or repairs. It switches on but sparks can be seen from vent. Do you have any recommendations?
The concrete is solid and allows it to hammer. The ground or clay is soft causing it to absorb the hammer action and feel like a vibration so yes it is working as intended

use makiita grease for power tool.lub all round the stroker and the piston ring just wet all by hand.all can use finger get all .done have to pit too mich in...only put more into the drive gear

Dear Simon: which locktight did you use on the bolts and which kind of grease did you use on the impact hammer (part 17) ? Thank you for making this video.
Using a screw driver inside the bore isn't very clever, use a long handle nylon bore brush. That won't last long given how he serviced it, got working but it isn't a professional effort. A proper wash bay, strip it down make it perfectly clean and grease it upon reassembly with the spec ghreases for different zones in the tool. What you've done there doesn't make the grade I am afraid!

Put some thick gear oil in should work

You need to change the brushes.
I have a gasoline powered jackhammer that doesn’t hammer properly. The engine runs fine but the tool jumps instead of hammering.
jump mean the hammer inside stuck .if it free should nock the hammer make the sound nock nock nock

My vevor works well for busting concrete but when the clay bit is on it vibrates the soil rather than hammer it. Is that normal? Thanks for the video

That looks very much like an xtreme power 2200W. This vendor is in the U.S. in Chino .ca. Not sure where you are, so that might not help you.
Manualslib on the net has an owners manual and a phone number in the U.S. you can call.

open up checked the brush.look into the armature try to turn and checked the armature any damage to it..

checked the piston..mabye the piston ring broken..and open up where the stroker is it may got stuck by very small metals or sand
