    Pindi chole is different from Amritsari chole, Pindi chole recipe comes from Rawalpindi Pakistan,

Saaleya 1947 to pehla Punjab ek si, Rawalpindi bhi India Ch hi hunda si, that's why it was called like this ye hun haiga ohh area pakistan ch. Je pta na hove na te muh na kholega kro. Or aavde pyo nu na dseya kro kuj.

    Chef... पिंडी चने या छोले में न तो टमाटर और न ही प्याज़ डलता है। वो तो सिर्फ मसालों से ही बनते है। ये सब तो अमृतसरी छोले में डलता है। कृपया clear करे। thank you

    मेरे भाई हर घर की महिलाओं को हर तरह की सब्जी बनानी आती है महिलाएं सौ परसेंट गृह कार्य रसोई कार्य मैं कुशल होती है थोड़ा सा फर्क है बाजार में डेकोरेशन ज्यादा करते हैं महिलाएं डेकोरेशन कम करती हैं क्योंकि उनको कोई चीज बेचैनी थोड़ी है संसार में औरत से बड़ा कोई पाठ शास्त्री नहीं है

    I tried the recipe and it turned out very well!! The whistle needed is 10 in pressure cooker!! I did not Anar Dana so I used amchur instead !!
    Very good indeed !!

    Your recipe seems actually more similar to chana masala.
    Original pindi chole doesn't include ingredients such as onion,garlic,tomato. Plus it is not a spicy dish (some topping green chilli along with ginger Julian but not that much red chilli).

    You have confused Pindi chana is different from Punjabi Chane In pindi channa tomatoes nd Piaz are nt used Here I would like to add that both have different tastes Good point is u have used lron vessel nd boiled channas in Patila No need of Chai patti tea leaves Pl give the distinct recipe of Punjabi n Pindi

    Chane khane hain.. chai nahi peeni..
    This is rong. If you want color you can use amla also instead of tea leaves.. useless concept to put tea leaves in chana just for color.. n then it causes stomach issues.

    Chane boil karte time amla dal do.
    Chai patti ko dalne ka nahi. Taste bhi accha ho jata hai. Usme anardana powder bhi dalne ki zarurat nahi.
