As far as MXES being Cassie's dad, I still disagree with it. But I hope I didn't give the impression that I was saying it was wrong. I don't think it's "wrong" or impossible or anything, I just interpret things differently. Your theory on MXES is super valid, just not my current preference. I WILL SAY THOUGH, your clarification here does make a lot more sense to me. The idea of MXES's hands being similar to VR hands, and moving around in a similar way is compelling. When I watched the video/read your chats I was only thinking of "Well yeah HW2 hands look like that, thats what VR hands look like"

STOPPP i remember a while back i got the thought of MXES being our player in hw2. i started bothering my friend so much, i was like THE HANDS!! MXES HAS THE BLUE HUMANOID DIGITAL HANDS!!! AND ITS A BONNIE FACE LIKE THE BONNIE BULLY MASK, BUT HUMANOID BECAUSE ITS MADE FROM A HUMAN SOUL!!!! and ultimately, the idea that cassie sees MXES as a scary monster, but its really just her dad in a digital form trying to protect her from the real monster, just feels right to me. couple all of it with the fact that JTOP said the mxes machine was intentionally based off a design from the 1980s feels like a jab at cassies dad

An important detail I think is often overlooked is how Jeremy Fitzgerald is probably also a fake name. Even if the Bonnie Bully isn't Cassie's Dad, the Bonnie Bully is probably "Jeremy" because Mike's fake name in FNaF 2 is Fritz. Both of their fake names are the respective kids for their favorite animatronics in the missing children's incidents, implying they knew those kids, maybe because those kids knew the Crying Child. This doesn't necessarily mean they knew what kid got stuffed in each animatronic, or if they knew they got stuffed at all even though Mike probably figured it out. It seems like William purposely stuffed the kids in their favorite animatronics, especially based on Fritz, and this is further exemplified by the movie to me. It doesn't seem like they're wearing those clothes to show that they're the spirits possessing the animatronics to me. It seems like they were going to a party. It being his birthday could support why the fifth missing kid, the one possessing Golden Freddy, is vengeful./🩷
I'm glad more people are talking about how the "reality" of FNAF (and possibly the after life) are intertwined with the digital world in some way

They make sure it's still their podcast, but the guest episodes really do highlight what the guest is there to talk about.
Is there a possibility that... after the bite of CC, Mike probably disappeared for an unspecified amount of time? Considering the possibility of the gas and William torturing him and who knows what else. Could Jeremy originally have joined the FNAF organization to find out what happened with his friend? And then William (or someone) found out his connection to the bite, and started focusing on him?
To make sure I understand - Mike disappears due to William doing the nightmare experiments. His friend group wonders where he went, so Jeremy goes looking for him and that's what leads him to get involved in Fazbear Ent.?

I completely get how you feel with the theories you hesitate to cover. I had this idea about Lloyd being the mascot of Indigo Park until Rowley took over, but I started losing confidence in the theory after about a week of writing the script. Then, Backseat Streams did their playthrough, pointed out a bunch of stuff I missed on their first run through the chapter, and basically said the same thing I'd been writing for a week but better and more concisely. It really stings
love seeing fnafworld getting the attention it deserves regarding the lore--the idea of the kids/AIs having their own "world" thats accessible through code as an afterlife always meant so much to me. this is where theyre chilling when they get a moment of rest. and im so fascinated by this theory connecting it further to the series!! my autism is boiling

When you mentioned Mrs Doubtfire I thought the line of thought was that Cassie's dad became Roxy and that's why she's protecting Cassie and tbh I like that theory and I'll accept it as truth from now on

and yup!! MXES and the HW2 player do have similar SFX when they teleport around, MXES just sounds more distorted

I like the theory that Jeremy survived the mask getting cut from his face. Also it's interesting that the mask says "Remember Jeremy" hich is odd if he is Cassidy's dad
I know how you feel about the theory thing. I have been thinking about shadow bonnie a ton all this time as well.has shadow bonnie ever appeared in a game where you as a player didn't wear a mask or were not in a dream? 2 has a mask as does ruin and shadow bonnie are in both so are we seeing some kind of thing like with bellora with the glasses?
I think I need to read blackbird as that may have something to support this.
Hell, even in FNAF AR, while it isn't a mechanic for the Shadow Bonnie fight, you still can wear a mask.
@@friskycalibri2293plus it looks like enemies in princess quest, which may be remnants of it's code from fnaf AR depending on where that places in the lore. Plus shadow Freddy was a lure so why wouldn't shadow bonnie also be a lure just like bellora was used with the glasses as a lure? Also shadow bonnie is seen on the tv screen in the gift shop at the start of the game which takes place after vanny is saved from princess quest.
Also wasn't there a note in security breach of a demotion and moving of a staff member to the pizzaplex that people may have assumed was Vanny?
the shadow bonnie in Ruin was fake. Markipliers editor put that in the video.
OK but the idea of the flip side and going too deep with old man consequences? What if the two different old man consequences scenes are meant to represent that people can passed between the two - more specifically someone passed from ultimate custom night into fnaf world. Idk why or who (Charlie would make sense, however the who you shouldn't of killed is clearly who is being talked to and we know that isn't Charlie...), there is a (slightly meta) connection between the two games, although the one direction is arguably just from one game being made earlier.
Idk if I'm even making sense lol. It's also completely irrelevant I have just decided that I really want to figure out why that connection exists.

the pizaplex is not silver parasol games, silver parasol was a patsy company where fazbear could do whatever it is they were doing, cutting corners for their propaganda machine, accidentally releasing the glitchtrap program, intentionally making them install glitchtrap knowing what it would do, whatever, just because jeremy was fired from silver parasol, does nor mean fazbear enertainmen wont hire him, because they are not the same thing.

@@ShesNervous yes it is. Silver parasol is the (fictional) company that tape girl and jeremy worked for that was told to use the circuit boards for pathfinding. Before fazbear took the circuit boards back and vanessa(?) got her hands on the fready fazbear virtual experience that we call help wanted one.

From a sci-fi standpoint, string theory gives way for multiple universes. Fnaf World could be the main thread holding the other threads or multiple continuitys together (the main games world, the books, the mini games, spin offs ect..)
I like to think that the build up of tragedy/horror/agony across the games, the books, the mini games ect.. all come together as a recurring echo across time and space and that created this fnaf world a place a dimension maybe afterlife for all these tragic instances across mediums.
A Fnaf graveyard if you will.
While the spin offs have nothing to do with the tragedies or horrors, they are still conceptually fnaf and are ruined or soiled by association by Aftons misdeeds and sucked into the mess by association. Linking their dimension to fnaf world which is linked to main games.
Simpler conclusion, Fnaf world is some weird hub dimension created by the imprinting of the murders and recurring horrors across time/mediums/universes. Where the spirits can move acrossed.
I always like to bring up poltergiest the movie. It fits so well. How haunting works and the closet that leads to created dimension.
The arcades or Especially how the pit seems to work at retaining or trapping the essence or memory of things that can be re-accessed.
