Fr I was expecting a complete disaster but these guys could actually play which is more than I can say for most people that attempt to play volleyball since it has a very high skill floor compared to most sports

As someone who's favorite anime is Haikyuu, I didn't even wanna watch bc I thought it was gonna be shit and give so much second hand embarrassment but this literally made me so happy it was so great and wholesome and just so much effort went into this this :') it was all beautifully put and the remake of the intro literally warmed my heart😭❤️ you were all amazing!!!

Okay but I think that the power of friendship thing actually helped. I don’t know shit about volleyball but your team used a lot of teamwork whereas the other teams had like 5 people going for the ball at a time. But I think the real winner was Henry’s abs.

My school did this in my first year of high school since we live in an area of Tokyo with a lot anime shops around. They spilt up the grades and levels with the actual volleyball teams representing Karasuno and Shiritorizawa (my team the girls got to be Karasuno and the boys were Shiritorizawa) the boys didn’t end up making it far so the final game ended up as us Karasuno vs Fukurodani
honestly, anthony is attractive but his mind, is truly the real masterpiece, no one else i swear has this much awesome commitment, and also the opening wheezee
