I think rock has saved my life. I remember the pain and anger and noise inside my head were so loud that only angry and loud rock songs could silence them and give me some relief. Only then I was able to feel good.
I survived and years later now I am happy, free, and mostly at peace.
Just had a bad half of a day and came back here to calm down and realized how far I have come.

Hayley's voice is so fantastic it's ridiculous.
This song is so freaking fun, "2 3 4" into a smashing chorus, the same thing in the final chorus with double time bass drums, and I love the outro melody with her adlibs. Absolutely beautiful.

Riot still is the best of Paramore! This is their most energetic, intense, and well written album beginning to end. Truly, it was understood but still a shame that serious differences couldn't be settled as all members in the Riot lineup really complimented each others' efforts. Add Taylor permanently at this point as a 5 piece and this would have been even more impressive.
Brand new eyes is the pinnacle for me. Riot was great though.
@Brownhair123. Agreed. Brand New Eyes was the pinnacle of this version of paramore. I used to dislike how much "softer" their sound got as of AL, but honestly it's grown on me even more. I love this song because of the beat and the nostalgia, I'm still really young but my father used to play this and alot of other songs that I keep finding again. I found this one today and as soon as I heard the first second of the song I instantly remembered it from when me and my father would drive around doing stuff in his car and he'd play a disk full of songs I grew to love because of him. @@khaias7822 i think ppl take youtube comments too seriously. It was obviously a joke. RUclips comments section is a goldmine of comedy. Anyone who doesn't read them with a pinch of salt are doing themselves a massive disservice imho.
