Try playing with ur sprocket ratio , also if you want more speed without sacrificing too much bottom end torque, more batts an power is always goood, but don't forget to consider the extra weight it adds to ur frame and structural integrity, an also centre of gravity etc, great vids guys, good to see ur having some good clean fun.
If you give that thing full battery off the start would it spin the tires on pavement or grab and go I'm just wondering because I'm building and electric kart and I would like it to spin the tires if stomped to warm the tires up is that possible with your set up? Why spin the tires you might ask, 1st it's cool to show off lol and 2nd this is going to be a dragster half the time

I have a 800w 36/48v motor with i think 13 t with a 54t axle sprocket do u think itll hit 30-35mph? The kart is lightweight it has offroad gokart tyes, the small one cause its a grass kart edit: brushless DC

Public roads are marked with traffic signs for everyone's safety. Heed them. Turn signals and brake lights will improve safety also. Technically, you are flaunting the law unless you are on a closed and or private course. A cop could ticket you for operating an unsafe unregistered vehicle, without insurance or a license.
