Imagine if it was possible to turn off bulb monitoring for the front headlamps. Then you would not have to use resistors to burn off the energy that is saved by going LED. EU allows for the rear lamps to be turned off in the day time to save 2 * 5W, but it is impossible to save maybe 80W on those front LED's, the "saved" energy is just wasted as heat in the resistors. Really foolish.
What about the daytime running lights. Can you give me more information with what you change them, because i can see ot the pictures of the car front are whitener. And the module for daytime running lights are very expensive.
The T10 bulbs have a 3.5/4 watts per bulb (with built in canbus) so you need the resistor of 25W as warning canceller, (1 for each bulb), click the links here below to see the products: www.simoniracing.com/it/t10-canbus-csp-led-no-polarity www.simoniracing.com/it/warning-canceller-black-25w-8-ohm
i changed the dipped headlight for my vauxhall astra and everytime i turn it on it shows a warning check your left and right lights now what should i do to make it stop showing i installed it in halford
Yes! Once the installation is complete, it is very important to adjust the light beam!!! How? Before you begin the installation, just take a reference on the wall by measuring the height of the light beam of the original halogen bulbs, and after installing the new kit adjust the light beam at the same height, through the electronic setting or with manual adjustment of the headlights ;)
Here you can find all our led conversion Kits H7 plug, the one in this video is “Matrix” www.simoniracing.com/it/shop/illuminazione/led-conversion-kit/h7
On 1.31 it's only the high beam kit with H1 plug: www.simoniracing.com/it/h1-led-conversion-matrix But we have the complete package for the total car on this link: www.simoniracing.com/it/opel-astra-k-sw-super-shock-series If you scroll down you see all the items in the package ;)
5:35 just twisting wires together and putting standard insulation tape over is really poor practice and I am not sure why you would suggest people did that. At the very least use a connector or twist, solder and use self amalgamating tape. That shows what type of people sell and use these awful cheap chinese LEDs. 5:50 shows all that horrific light scatter, all that light not being focused on to the road where you need it, nowhere near as good as the original 55w bulb. As for reverse lights being changed for cheap chinese LEDs, absolutely useless. I want a reverse light to illuminate what is at the back of the car. All that does it show as a bright light but does not project it anywhere. The original bulb works with the reflector it is in and projects the light. Bright light or white or yellow colour does not mean how well it works! It's all down to how that light is focused or reflected and projected.
You didn't show us the high licht in the wall.. I mean H1. Guess what I spent money on those bullshit.. and others name H1 is nothing.. no licht at nicht trust me guys if you want I can make also a video for my leds!!! Are shit i can put it again DONT SPENT MONEY
Completely illegal to do in the UK. Only the correct bulb designed for the reflector unit is allowed in it. Adding these cheap chinese LED bulbs causes a very bright light, but LESS LIGHT on the road compared to the original H7. That is because the focal length and position of the element on the H7 has the reflector designed around it for maximum efficiency. The same when you put the bulbs inside projector units, they do not work efficiently as the housing is designed for only ONE type of bulb. You will appear to have a crisp white headlight, but one that puts NO real light where you need it on the road. Compare the LED side by side with correct bulb and you will see the light scatter and it's nowhere near as bright as the H7, nor is the light projected correctly. They are dangerous to use because of the inefficiency and will not pass the MOT in the UK. This means if you fit them, you are driving otherwise in accordance with your insurance policy. That is a HUGE fine and 6 points on your driving licence. You will be prosecuted for fitting rubbish like this as no UK insirance company allows it. Side by side, the H7 in a reflector or projector is way more efficient, putting light where you need it. If you compare the cheap unreliable chinese LEDs to OEM LEDs that are fitted at factory, they are rubbish.

It's an optical effect just because the with beam of the new led lights in the low and high beam, the original daytime lights are stock!
Nice 👍🏽 unfortunately illegal in Germany☹️
@urbex2007 many thanks!!
I thought about buying the Osram nightbreaker H7. What do you think about it?

Hey SImoni, could you provide more info about Yours T10 reverse lights? What are their particular power usage in Wats/bulb?

No error with these items ;)

If you use our products as it showed in this video you will not have the warning
Oh ok i will buy it but is this legal for driving in the UK and the police not gonna stop me and will it pass the MOT
Unfortunately we don’t have any UK certification for this product, you have to check if it’s legal in your country
What about reflecting housing on astra J ,can it be converted to LED without dazzling others .

Where do you leave the canbus for the foglights?
Everything goes inside the fog light there is space enough
Are all the bulbs same or do they differ for low and high beam?
different on every function, just the same bulb plug like the halogen OEM
Where can I buy the H7 kit? Can I get the cap covers also
Here you can find all our led conversion Kits H7 plug, the one in this video is “Matrix”

Hey, how big resistor is used for the reverse bulbs ? (ohm / watt)
For these tecnical info please write to this mail address: simoni@simoniracing.it
does it come as a complete package on your website? as seen on 1.31 in the video

I ve just installed your resistors 50w, and noticed that they get really hot... any chance that they catch fire ? I mean is it safe ?
ecthelion no fire at all, but be sure to fix them on a metal surface, in this way are safe
@@SimoniRacingOfficial that I did, thank you for the reply
What about lights in the glove box and sun vizors
Please let us know which plugs are these bulbs and we will send you the links of our suggested products ;)
There is no light in the glovebox of astra K.

Jack little yes! Just check the bulbs plugs to be sure that are the same of your halogen oem 😉
when i instal this on my astra k i realise thwt this bulbs heats more than normal one..wires and body always hot...not.good for headlights

That's not true for every case. I've seen many where switching to LEDs has improved every aspect.
