I usually prefer to rap on other producer's beats because theirs be sounding better than mine, and it's much easier to do so. I only go for a certain type of trap beats though, not many suit my style.

Quick Tip: To find a 808 key, right click on the wave form and click "edit in pitch corrector"... It will tell u the exact note it's on, then u just go back and right click on the note. You welcome my broducer😉🫂
You should do a course which is one on one or with a class so people can ask you direct questions. I personally would pay! 🔥 To have a 100% tuned 808, I use the stock plugin "Newtone". It's a bit more constraining but it even allows to correct the sample variations/center (fine tune).
I’m gonna get into recording in FL (vocals) soon. That’s like melodyne, great for singing vocals but I never thought of using it for 808s. it could definitely retune an 808 precisely.
When i get into an element of a beat and try to get knowledge from a tutorial, i watch everything through. i skim through them because of the useless jibber jabber. This is 808s in 20 Minutes. Thank you!
