You have some of the best tutorials out there. And I have watched music production tutorials almost everyday for 2 years now. I have seen hundreds of tutorials. I love how you give context and explain things step by step. Its just so conducive to learning. Other tutorials are heavily edited and people think they have to give the main points but you take us through step by step. You would make an excellent teacher, you already are!
@@MelloDeeBeats brotha besides my Dad,Michael Jordan,Kobe Bryant,LeBron James you are the goat 🐐 my brotha I've been using your tutorials for the last week n all my beats are all 🔥
First of all you the best RUclipsr I ever ran into on some fl studio stuff like I been looking for years and your videos is best thank you your a blessing , i definitely going rock with you
if you're talking about the notes in the piano roll, Moving multiple notes to different pitches, i dont think theres a convenient way. But if you wanna move a set of notes, of course you can highlight them, push Shft+UP or DOWN and it'll transpose them up or down a semitone for each click
whats poppin yo? :D, man your a genious! thanks for all your work and effort you put in all your videos! im an absolutely noob in FL Studio, but i'm using it every here and often. i never touched fl studio since a while, because of less knowledge. you give so much inspiration to give another try! greetings from switzerland
@@MelloDeeBeats what i like to see next is something that i never learned, and maybe theres some videos out there, but i like to hear it the way you do, so i like to ask, whats the loudness on every element on a track? because every time when im in FL Studio i feel like, my whole track is too bad and its never in that loudness of a released track, i dont know how to describe i hope you can understand me, thanks again for everything you do, you have no idea, how entertaining it is to watch you doin your stuff, big respect to you my friend 🔥🤘✌️greetings
I'm glad you went in on watching the vids a few days ago lol I got some personal stuff going on but I plan on dropping more heat this month. Thanks for watching, I appreciate you 🙏🏾
@@MelloDeeBeats I watch all your videos lately your doing great job and I'm waiting for your new vids bro I wish you all the best luck 🤞 and I wanna say thank you for you too
I keep getting like a slash, your look like steps at minute 2:44. Trying to figure out how to move the notes without it looking like a cliff. i can't change to velocity similar for some reason and doing it with a mousepad as well..
Only thing I can say is highlight the actual note. Go to the front velocity, press and hold the left click. While holding that, then press the right and however you slide the mouse should manipulate it
Marcus Farrell nah, I use “strum” on melodic instruments and chords. BUT something wondagurl does, when the kick hits, she’ll slide the hi hat timing a lil bit back each time it’s under a kick.
If you're chopping through the chop tool, click the folder and find the quantize folder. You'll find the step folder in there. You can also click the horse shoe icon in the piano roll and pick 1/2 step to do chops

Hey bro! I love your channel. Subscribed looking forward to more stuff. Where can I get the hi hat that you used in this video
The Cold Blooded drum kit bsta.rs/d56d0ac3
mello dee do you use the shift knob to get more bounce in the hihat?
Marcus Farrell nah, I use “strum” on melodic instruments and chords. BUT something wondagurl does, when the kick hits, she’ll slide the hi hat timing a lil bit back each time it’s under a kick.
Good job
Where did you get that "step" .fsc? I do't have that anywhere on my computer. Is that custom?
Fl Studio 20/data/patches/scores/quantization/snap
Amazing Content
Thank you
hey Mello ... your tutorials all dope... can u show us more mix and mastering instruments ... chords and strings
I'll add that to the list, appreciate the suggestion
Nice bro 😎😎😎😎😎
Big help
Mine only chops in twos for the sixth pattern how did you get to chop yours in 3’s
Click the folder and select sixth beat. I do it in this video at 2:55
ruclips.net/video/6hFp7nqdUBg/видео.html
I touched on how to draw them in too. Use the horse shoe on the piano roll
💪🏼💯
MF Sensei. You now my trap Masta. My G Thanks!
Much appreciated
niceeeee
Prod Facustin thank you, much appreciated
Fire
It doesn’t let me delete single notes when I do the chops like this
When you go to the chop tool, there’s a bubble that says “group notes”, unclick that and you’ll be able to delete individual notes
6:41
💥💥💯💯💯
Bruh u can do alt + a for chop it'll be fast to do it
Dianz Massa Alt + u too, I also found out that adjusting the snap time then using the quick chop option will give u a quick chop
Youre a fucking legend
Appreciate you bro
❤👏
when i go to chop the first time step is not an option
If you're chopping through the chop tool, click the folder and find the quantize folder. You'll find the step folder in there. You can also click the horse shoe icon in the piano roll and pick 1/2 step to do chops
I got lost in the sauce again.
Damnit
