    Actually spent part of Father's Day introducing my son to Steel Mace and Heavy Clubs. It was a lot of fun.

    At 67 I now begin my morning, even before coffee, with 25 Hindu Squats, 10 Hindu Pushups, and 50 Mace 360s, followed by a mini flo, alternating 360 to overhead block to reverse lunge low strike, to an uppercut to standing thrust, and back to a 360. Its a great warm up, wake up, and mobility workout to start the day.
