it seems like it's smaller than the sub zero why did they use up all that space with the ice cube tray or why not do this in the 24"? I don't want ice dispenser outside either. I am going to have to buy the miele fridge column and now the thermador freezer in 24" to fit my food.
Yes, I find it slightly odd myself why they do not have a 24" all freezer either. I believe its something they are working on. I have spoken to them about it. There is no timeline on the 24" all freezer that I know of yet. Thank you for watching our channel!!
@@MARSILLIOSAPPLIANCETVBBQ It's a shame. I will be purchasing the Miele 30" fridge and now I will be looking at the 24" Thermador (however I HATE all these stainless interiors now). Clearly they have not used them whoever is designing them. Cleaning, scratches and overall darkness does not equal a nice appliance. I am so upset I am in need of appliances now. I had the SZ columns but they changed the drawer bins in the fridge and they curve inside leaving less space for square organizers. The SZ freezer though is an option in 24" but I was trying to keep the appliances looking the same on the inside. I have heard some negative things re the Thermador freezer columns, now wondering if the Miele will also have issues re their refrigerator seeing they are made in the same factory.
Thank you for your reply, I have been watching all your videos. Now onto Miele ovens to research, re steam not sure what is better plumbed in or not. Again, in this situation they jacked up the price from 3900 to 6K for the xl steam/combo. That is a huge price difference for plumbed in, however I worry I will run out of water during cooking if I opt for the lesser expensive. version.
Have the older model look great great ideas but reliability is not good
If you are having issues make sure to use Miele authorized servicer. They are able to run diagnostics on them so they can better repair your units
