Thanks for sharing this, it's been useful, i'm currently repairing mine, just waiting on replacement turbo cartridge. 1 question though, the gasket set arrived today (no instructions). I includes x2 copper washers which i assume are for the oil feed line but when i offer them up they're mating onto the rubber o-rings on either end meaning they'd be in direct contact with the o ring, surely this isn't correct. Do i even need to use them if the oil lines have these o rings? Many thanks

Sorry for the late I reply. I hope you sorted it. I would suggest using new parts where possible. If there both new I hope you made the correct choice
I have the same problem
