Bodyweight Only | Mobility Workout (Intermediate/Advanced )

  • Improve your joint health, strength, and mobility with these bodyweight drills which are perfect for mixed Martial Artists and all movement enthusiasts!
    These movements are perfect for incorporating into your warm-up/movement prep before a session, or before your (Jiu-Jitsu) practice. Not only will they help you warm up, but also strengthen all of the important joints that are regularly used within all types of Combat/Martial Arts, priming them for the work ahead!
    MOVEMENT 1:
    Ground to Standing Chain Movement/"Flow": Shinbox Switcheroo to Stand, to Reverse Switcheroo to Inversion (4 Reps)
    MOVEMENT 2:
    Arm Screw Push Up
    (6-8 Reps)
    MOVEMENT 3:
    Alternating Swing Set
    (30 seconds Work)
    (3 Sets, 60 Seconds Rest in between Sets)

    I struggle to get my hips even near level with my chest.
