sadly that's so true and I've noticed citizens are very obedient in following absurd regulations or inefficient protocols because when they do say something about the system they are depicted as "mareklamo" or their papers/transactions aren't properly processed...
Thank you for your openness. Acknowledging these points shows strength and a desire for growth. Filipinos(that includes myself!) have so much potential to keep thriving. 💛

Lol, my girlfriend and I went to view a condo. The realtor had us waiting downstairs 30 minute past our appointment for a viewing. The landlord kept on messaging him where is he as we were politely requesting he'd come down already (he was already in the unit anyways..?). So, I told them, we're leaving. As our Grab showed up, I look at my phone and see a barrage of messages saying he's all of the sudden downstairs, I tell them we're already in the Grab & are leaving. Somehow I'm the villain, and am being insulted by both of them. That I should've kept waiting. It appears the realtor purposefully tried wasting my time out of spite, and the minute we said we're leaving, the tune changed. Here in Philippines, saving face is big. Even if you're doing something intentionally rude.
@@gordonreinz9849 I totally had the same experience when I was the bad person because I reacted to the actions they made. But I stood my ground and really ended friendships with people who were CONSTANTLY late.

i agree with most of it but hindi mo ma force to change the filipinos because filipinos take much pride about our cuture and changing someone is easiest to say but hard to do but we do thrive to change but its just hard to do with the community and goverment being like this and i understand your opinion about us but some filipinos live a hard life and they just want they family to have a good life without any regrets, btw this is just my opinion dont take this to hard 😄😁😄😁
Paper works with government are difficult af 😑 🙃

as filipinos, we carry much pride within our culture. However, thank you for pointing out problems that we must work on as a race.

On point on the topic. Me being late at home I tried really not to do it here in Seoul haha.
That's great! Cheers^^
Rape jokes are always the creepy uncomfortable manyak manong thing.
yessss honestly if I stayed longer I also would be unconsciously thinking its okay...

In addition to Filipino Time, also, I hate it when the people who came in late are also the one who dares to get angry! like frrrr ://

It's hard to focus on what you're saying because there is too much mixing of Filipino and English.
