So the reality is the current headlines are either anecdotal or they're true, but they're not necessarily true in our local real estate market, which is operating much differently than the majority of markets in the United States right now.
it may appear that we are trending downward, and I can understand that can be a little bit troubling. But if you look at the data for the last ten years, you'll notice that home prices dropping in the winter months is a very normal cycle trend.

Richmond is and will continue to be a sellers market for some time as growth will continue and the metro area continues to expand. Economic growth!
