I came back to this video once again just to thank you for sharing this - adding TSS and kilojoules has transformed the way how I ride and structure my training. Thank you Tristan - increedible value coming from you! 🙌🙌
I find a page with current 1 min 5 min 20 min 1 hr power and max for same time periods is really useful for gauging how hard you’ve been working especially on a long ride 👌
good one, I've set up multiple pages on wahoo for flicking through on ride one has just HR | Grade | PWR 3s for climbs (you know you can set the fields as graphs/colors???) you'd want Temp on there somewhere for heat monitoring. climber feature, well its a let down compared to Hammerhead apart from requiring route preload, the graphics are poor. but overall great unit.
So many people get carried away with average power.on a long ride I just go out and ride and look at power after but I have my head unit set up with a lap page for intervals etc for the more intense sessions
Anyone else find that TSS numbers on a Garmin or Wahoo are different from the TSS once uploaded in TrainingPeaks? Usually my headunits report higher TSS, so I took TSS off my screen. 🤷♂️

Thanks so much man..I’m so stoked this video has helped. That’s always the aim, so it’s genuinely epic to hear! 🤝🏼
I really enjoy the one on one's you have with riders. I think they're my favourite vids.

This video made me want to buy a wahoo instead of Garmin! 😂😂 You’re a Master Tristan
Haha I’ll try do some Garmin athletes in future as well to balance it out.
Garmin still has these features
@@angusowens1189 ye ye I know, I have an Edge 530 but it sometimes I think Wahoo is a bit better
@@DonJon99 it's more simple, and waaaay easier to program and use
Educational 👍🏼 Hint Hint wahoo
Love this, I'm very particular about what I have on my screen so it's really interesting to see how others do it
Thanks my dude, I’m the same as you. 🙏🏼
Tristan, what ever happen to the cycling photo series? I really enjoyed part 1 and would love to see what you have in store for us in the other parts.
Part 2 is in the works..aiming to release in the next 2 weeks.
@@tristantakevideo Sweet, Thank you!
The ending 😂

I think more people get hung up on average speed...
@@dieterbierman9803 or they think a high average power is really really good

Is your FTP in the Wahoo app set the same as your FTP in TrainingPeaks? This can often be the reason.
Oh, that’s probably it! Thank you.
No worries, glad to help!
89,5 km/h max speed 😮
Ankward data field seriously 🤭🤭
Me I train better when I decide to. I don't even have a wahoo.
