Your Pro Tour team content has been outstanding! I also appreciate your interview technique, direct intelligent questions and then you let the expert speak. Extremely well done!!
As a Swiss cyclist, I'm always on the lookout for ways to improve my performance. These tips are a great resource for all cyclists. Here's to making the most out of our rides!
Another awesome piece Tristan. Time to send your show reel to all the broadcasters, you would be such a good fit as a colour commentator on the grand tours.
Great video and insight once again. Very appreciative of your efforts to mingle with different pro teams and riders to share their nuggets of wisdom with us curious folk 👍🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽
5 is 100% wrong. Sucrose is an incredible energy source. It's the perfect 1:1 ratio of glucose/fructose. Once you've adapted to using it over a few weeks, 120g/hr+ is possible. It's also incredibly cheap. Add a hydration tab for sodium and flavor and you've got the equivalent of Beta Fuel for 30c a bottle. Don't buy into the cycling nutrition marketing BS. Sports nutrition is just very expensive sugar :)
Just to be pedantic, Beta fuel isn't exactly 1:1, and if you add electrolytes, it's not *only* sugar in the bottle...so I'm not *100%* wrong. Anyway, thanks for watching, and I'm glad you liked 80% of my tips!
@@chadhaga7285 We liked all your tips even though we think sugar is a fantastic method of fueling. We'll be even more pedantic an point out that if you replace that hydration tab and just use sugar and either salt or sodium citrate, you've got Speed Nectar (see our app) for like 10c a bottle. ;) @ketzal sterling

Wax lube for the win!
Agreed.
Who said it first…Norcal or Tristan? 🤔
are they envy of ur bike when ever u pull up to team like that? ;)
They aren’t envious but on occasion they do lift it up like 😲
Stealing NorCal's slogan word for word... gotta at least give him a shoutout
Which slogan? I haven’t watched any of his videos before.
@@tristantakevideo smooth is slow and slow is fast. Might just be a common mantra, but I've only heard him use it.
Quality as always👌
