Been there done that. After I wrecked, worse then you, my shoulder wasn't good for 8+ months. Made a full recovery without a doctors visits, back to riding hard. Shoulders heal so slowly because its deeply internal. Give it time !
Didn’t realize until it happened. Now, all I see are the same injuries from MTBers! It’s been a long road to recovery, so hope it doesn’t happen again.
Ok, that was crazy to watch. I want to go to Skypark now because it looks like a fun place, as long as my bike stays upright. I’m sorry you got hurt! I cringed when you crashed, and those involuntary groaning sounds always make me shudder because I’ve made them before after I crashed going down a steep hill on my skateboard when I was 14. Wishing you a speedy recovery! Bret saying “I don’t believe in Santa” made me lol.😂

I thought he had a punctured lung the way he was breathing. Not fun! Can’t wait to go back. It was so fun, for the 45 seconds we rode!
