Have you seen Planner Pads? You can see videos for these on RUclips. I'm in love with this system. I think it could help you with a lot of your scheduling. I've used the Planner Pad spirals in the past, but they also have loose-leaf that you can put in a binder/Filofax. It's wonderful to have your to-do's and your daily appts all together in one location, and you can personalize the 7 categories across the top of the page to fit your needs. Just a suggestion. : )
You mentioned that you wanted to have a lot of your events and information in one spot. You should look into the Life Mapping system by Diy Fish on Esty. I think you could benefit from it and you can index it to find it quicker. Love your new setup!

I'd love to see a motivational video regarding school and making the most of university life. Your videos are quite motivating already, but I can't ever get enough!
I think it will help you to have a planner which has a time schedule, so you can write what you have on which time. But you need some extra place for writing your not-planned things.. It's hard! :D I know why it looks like one big mess :) You can take one blank sheet of paper and draw the page on it. Then you will know how the page should looks like and you will find out the best way of organizing your planner! :)
I'd like to see you do maybe a Sweater Weather tag or 20 (or more, less) facts we didn't know about you and on your health channel video about myths about fitness (if they're true or not) and maybe how do you take care of your skin, especially when you take a shower several times in the day when you workout. Loved this video, I'm a total organization freak hehe. :D
