Thanks a ton! My Samsung Tab A(SM-T280) was stuck on boot screen after I tried to root it. I was able to get it working again using the original firmware using Odin without losing any data. First I installed the wrong firmware and WiFi was disabled; downloaded the correct fw and everything is back as it was!! Thanks bro

I can help download the Samsung USB Driver that's why it won't connect secondly download mode does work. Even on a bricked device just try it again restart the phone manually by holding middle of the volume button and the power button and home button it should restart it then quickly hold volume down and power button and home button. I hope I helped.
Hey man , so i did an oopsie and i'm kinda struggling to fix it. I tried installing Lollipop on android GT-P5210 and unfortunately i did not like it. I downloaded it using sd card and added some stuff in teamwork or something like that. And then it started crashing so i installed another ROM using odin and now it's stuck in a loading screen that says "OrangeTM"
Can this method help with my problem, so my problem is when I switch on my device (Samsung s8) it just shows Samsung logo and it says (only official binaries are flashed) and then my phone turns off

I can't even turn it off since it will restart again when I hold the power down. It only turns off when its out of charge. I have alot of important pictures I can't recover without fixing this so I cant reset my device completely. I tried deleting the cache but it still dosent work. Do you think the problem is the battery? Should I buy a new one? In afraid even if I buy a new battery it would still not work and my money will be wasted. Please help me what is the problem?

Hi, it didn't work for me. I didn't get the error, but once I follow the three instructions on the Android recovery screen, it doesn't work, just turns on and off again and when I turn it back on, it stays on Android Recovery.

This worked perfectly. I ran into the same issue at the 6:15. This was due to me using the cheap Ebay usb/micro-usb cable. The image would flash half way and then just fail. It happened multiple times across multiple cables even after restarting Odin. Ended up buying a quality cable and it went through without a hitch. So if you run into that issue and a restart of Odin doesn't work, change your cable.

Tablet isnt really "bricked" if it turn on, no less boots into recovery... I spent three days trying to fix my galaxy tab s3 sm-t820. It inexplicably wouldnt boot one day. A couple times it actually made it to the "tablet starting" optimizing apps screen but usually crashed at app 12 though it once got to 20 and other times didnt get passed 7. So i didn't have anything too valuable in there so i figured id factory reset it through odin. I downloaded a bunch of zips for my model from different places. Sometimes utd say it passed in odin other times it would say it failed. But either way the tab never booted up. It would boot into stock recovery and say it was installing updates. Usually it would then go straight into recovery where the first line under the recovery menu options read "failed to open recovery." Other times it would start installing the update on the blue screen where it'd climb to 32% before stopping and going to another blue screen that said "erasing." Then again it would boot into the recovery menu with the message that it failed to open recovery on the top line. So then i installed twrp and shockingly it worked. I had it rooted with magisk and was able to see both the internal and external sd card memories when plugged into my pc. So i figured id try a custom rom. No dice. It would always crash during installation. And again here i tried a bunch of downloads from different sources as well as a few different roms all designed for the smt820. Crash, crash, crash. So in doing some trial and error i again tried through odin to reinstall the factory firmware. And eventually i got it to boot into the factory tecovery menu with the same error. Other times it would stay in a bootloop unless i put it into download mode. But i could still get into download mode, so the trial and error expiraments raged on. I read somewhere about "combination firmware" being a way to diagnose the issue if not fix it through updates once yhe combo firware was flashed. So i didnt have much to lose. I found the firmware that had the same binary code as the download and recovery mode screens listed as that of my device. So i flashed it in Odin. I forgot to uncheck auto reboot. The firware said it passed and my tablet turned off and will not turn on. The power and volume down for 1 min trick doesnt wake it up. I let it sit overnight plugged in and still nothing. Its shot. Im pissed.
Even if my device is not bricked I came here just to know, what to do if it gets bricked in future. I didn't expect that I would get such a better explanation and presentation. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Yours is can boot which ever you want weather recovery mode or downloading mode mine is after I installed wrong firmware it's just blinking on screen it can't go no where it's though right so what do you know about this Galaxy s8

Bro can you explain to me how to flashed original firmware after my device is rooted. (OEM OFF) .. I have tried downloading many firmwares but does not work at all.. however, when I go to the third party phone repair shops.. they actually managed to bypass it and safely restored to the original firmwares. I even go to the samsung help center to help me out but they said mine already void warranty so can't.. Only option they gave me is to buy new motherboard for the s8.. ffs costs more than I actually send my phone to the 3rd party repair shops.
My Samsung Tab S2 got a boot problem. It keeps on restarting and sometimes it won't boot at all. If I go to the recovery option, it won't even let me choose an option because it shuts down right away. Please help.

Tech Alpha i have a Samsung Galaxy S2 tabet SM-T813 model.I was flashing it to lingege 16.I installed the software that flashes the rom as a apk.Once i flashed everything it started acting up.I get a An error occurred while updating your software.It mentioned to use Samsung smart Switch software to to recover it.The tablet doesn't stay in Odin mode and it does reloop to boot in to the An error occured while updating your software.The message gets annoying.I took it to technicians and they said it is a tough problem.The 2nd tech says it is a motherboard cpu issue.It doesn't make sense my family is telling me.I'm getting opinions from other techs and experts to see where i can get a solution to the problem.What do you think is the problem with my tablet.Is it softbrick or hardbrick.If you have an email i can send you a video or picture of the problem.Once i get good advice where to get the right tools i can avoid paying someone.It still turns on with an error.I know these techs locally aren't going to work on it.Samsung said it is easy for the fix for over $ 100 dollars.

Thanks dude. Thought I lost my i9000 GS1 forever after a boot loop I was struggling to get into DL mode. Fixed using the original PDA .md5 file I found online and basic odin flash guidance here. Good work. Should mention in comments, if not connecting (showing COM-X-) in Odin, to downlaod Samsung's official USB drivers (exe file on their website) - or try manufacturers OEM cable and a different USB port if not picking up the phone connection on the USB port being used.

i flashed a twrp recovery, maybe it was corrupted...

I accidentally erased the boot partition
Mine the same just blinking no downloading mode or recovery mode
Look for debrick img or emmc dump for your device, write to sd card with win32 disk imger and, then put sd card into phone, boot to dl mode and enjoy.

Sorry I was wrong, you can not install the twrp without using the device before, you have to reinstall the firmware from SAMMOBILES or other pages.

hey there! i flashed an update via odin but i messed up the files and my Tab A7 Lite isn't working, when i plug it to my laptop is connects and desconnects inmedialty, any advice?

Bro can you explain to me how to flashed original firmware after my device is rooted. (OEM OFF) .. I have tried downloading many firmwares but does not work at all.. however, when I go to the third party phone repair shops.. they actually managed to bypass it and safely restored to the original firmwares. I even go to the samsung help center to help me out but they said mine already void warranty so can't.. Only option they gave me is to buy new motherboard for the s8.. ffs costs more than I actually send my phone to the 3rd party repair shops.
I have Odin and the firmware in my case smt800 how ever the ap folder is not working comes up on Odin as fail!
Can It also be used for lenovo tab mine is lenovo tab 2

My Samsung Tab S2 got a boot problem. It keeps on restarting and sometimes it won't boot at all. If I go to the recovery option, it won't even let me choose an option because it shuts down right away. Please help.
After doing all of tihis, does it really take a long time before the device actually starts? Mine is still on the "LTE-A" loading screen. My device is SM-N9005. An answer asap would be really helpful. :)

@@ameermadrid9684 I can't clearly remember but yeah..i had wiped it before even installing bootader. If you can go to twrp then you should back up your file then wipe it completely and install the BP on odin

Man i need your help. I have bootloop issues and tried to fix it with the same method but it does not work. I think it's because my device is OEM locked and FRP Locked. I can't get into recovery mode either.
Tech Alpha i have a Samsung Galaxy S2 tabet SM-T813 model.I was flashing it to lingege 16.I installed the software that flashes the rom as a apk.Once i flashed everything it started acting up.I get a An error occurred while updating your software.It mentioned to use Samsung smart Switch software to to recover it.The tablet doesn't stay in Odin mode and it does reloop to boot in to the An error occured while updating your software.The message gets annoying.I took it to technicians and they said it is a tough problem.The 2nd tech says it is a motherboard cpu issue.It doesn't make sense my family is telling me.I'm getting opinions from other techs and experts to see where i can get a solution to the problem.What do you think is the problem with my tablet.Is it softbrick or hardbrick.If you have an email i can send you a video or picture of the problem.Once i get good advice where to get the right tools i can avoid paying someone.It still turns on with an error.I know these techs locally aren't going to work on it.Samsung said it is easy for the fix for over $ 100 dollars.

Thanks dude. Thought I lost my i9000 GS1 forever after a boot loop I was struggling to get into DL mode. Fixed using the original PDA .md5 file I found online and basic odin flash guidance here. Good work. Should mention in comments, if not connecting (showing COM-X-) in Odin, to downlaod Samsung's official USB drivers (exe file on their website) - or try manufacturers OEM cable and a different USB port if not picking up the phone connection on the USB port being used.

hey bro can i ask you something i tried this once and it stucked so i removed it because i had to leave and from that time my s7 is on that loop you talked about. when i open the odin to do this it doesnt seem to find my phone, i mean that thing that says its connected i dont get that message any chance that you know what to do from there ?
