    I think we do have a clicker to tell us we are full, it's just a bit slow to respond. Especially as someone who is a fast eater, I have found it is good to pace myself or delay going for more as more often than not, if I leave it 10 minutes I am no longer hungry.
    I have insulin resistance and it makes loosing fat extremely difficult.

    Hi Dr LI tqsm for your simple n easy to follow information ❤ your excellent video actually l had my dinner at 9pm n I drink water with a small dach of salt next morning after half an hour 1tablet Plendil felodipine Break my fast at 1pm Am l on the right way to eat Sorry for troubling

      Después de hacer ejercicios, come y duerme bien , cuando duermes el musculo se hace más grande ,pero con la proteina que has comido ese dia
