Great points. I can see where it’s extremely beneficial to TS & Analyst as an assistant for troubleshooting and as mentioned taking over those low level task. But it’s only going to get better 🙏🏾
Hi Gary,
Well said! Looking forward to how much tech will advance in health care.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. How AI could possibly impact our jobs is something I've been thinking about as well. Your opinions are reassuring for future job security lol
Good points..I’m a fairly new analyst working with Cadence/Ambulatory build …aside from the build..when it comes to project build and optimizing things ..there’s definitely a need for human interaction..it can literally take hours of meetings for a department to figure out how they want to structure their PRC/Template build or decision trees and they need a human to say “yeah we can do that..nope that’s not possible”

Interesting insights! What degree are you currently pursuing? Good luck with your studies.
Hi, I had an interview for Radiant Analyst. I did a 50 mintues tele interview where I met the manager, director, and then the whole team of 8 other analysts. I guess I am wondering if it is a good sign that I was introduced to the whole team or is it normal for everyone that is interviewed to meet the team? Also I have an RT(R)(CT) and RN, does that even help to have the RN license for this role?
Hey there!
That’s awesome! I hope you hear back very soon. I haven’t experienced this during my first interviews but in one of them they included the lead for the position plus the manager of course. It definitely sets you apart from other candidates, usually they would just have their RT. Let me know how everything works out.
How do you feel about Epic teaming up with Microsoft for Chat GPT within Epic? My opinion is that it would be limited to messaging and possible SmartText creation but who knows...
Hi Brian,
I think it’s great! It could buy back the time for providers and clinicians. I agree with you though, it would be limited to those things.
are the trainings in person?
The trainings are in person to be certified and virtual if you want to be accredited.
