Does this kit fit a 2wd as well? I have a 2019 cherokee and just looking for some more ground clearance on the ranch and to make her look a little better
Finally!! Someone that uses an impact and real tools to make the job easier!! My god feel for some of these guys that just ....spend so much time wrenching when it's not needed!!
1993 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4.0, 4" zone lift, 33x12.5, rtt smittybilt xl. We've been from NC to Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and back. 6000 mile trip, and would love to do it again! Love the channel and look forward to each new adventure!
Just installed the lift kit. I didn’t have to drill at all. I just moved the holes where the tension bolt goes and it lined up. That’s just from my experience and everything fit perfectly. Also check your lift kit to make sure you have every screw or bolt needed before you get started. Mine was missing a few parts but Rough Country sent the parts right away.
I’m buying a 2014 or 2015 Cherokee soon definitely buying this lift. Didn’t know you can fit 32” tires with this lift that’s awesome. Any update video with jeep on 32s. Thanks

And a bunch of other random mods.
Thinking about lifting mine since I wanna slap some all terrain tires on it. Mine looks a lot like yours but mine is a sport so I dunno if it be silly or not.
@@CoddiwompleOverland I’ve been wanting to go to LBL with y’all for awhile now. My XJ needs a little bit more of TLC till I can take her out again but my goal is to finish doing it all before fall hits 🤙
I've got a 2019 Power Wagon that I just upgraded to 315/70r17 Cooper STT Pros (based on your recommendation!). I've also just installed the 75th Anniversary Power Wagon rock sliders I bought from someone on Facebook. Do you guys have any planned groups rides this fall?

I would love another wrangler just can’t afford the MPG anymore so this maybe a option , I assume you have the Petrol ones there we have diesel ones in the UK
Can someone explain the mechanics of how that front bracket works? The rest makes sense but it seems like the wheel hub(?) is biting less now that it’s 2 inches lower on the shock(?). Is there something I’m not understanding about how the front lift works?
It's like putting a longer strut, but instead you just pull it up, so there's less sticking out on the bottom of the steering knuckle. Then put on a spacer, so it won't slide back down while driving
Thanks for the feed back! I live seen some real butcher jobs on this. Would love to see a pic or vid with the 32’s. It’s about time for me to get some new tires. I’ve been waiting for 76,000 miles to go a little bigger!
@@CoddiwompleOverland .....ok ....I think. Does it get wider more it goes down? I feel like this is something I'm going to have to do to actually see why. . . You know? Lol

I’ve got a 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk. This is easily the most humble and non-elitist overland video I’ve seen. Thanks for inviting me along!
Thank you very much!!! And thanks for watching!
Yeeeet ! 2016 Trailhawk here too!
Thanks for watching.

I'm not sure. You will have to call and check.
I really like that there wasn’t any music, just pure mechanical sounds
Thanks!
Nice see a Cherokee KL getting some love on RUclips. Looking forward to RRO slider install.

Love the RC lift on our 2007 Liberty! I can not wait to see that Cherokee hit some trails with you!
We are looking forward to it too
OME/Bilstein is so much better
I've got a 2014 Cherokee 4x4 Limited and this is the first upgrade I plan on doing!
Great video! I'm ordering the kit for my 2019 Trailhawk! I can't wait! Was there ever an update video with the 32's?
Can you do a brief video of the Cherokee with the larger tires and where the trimming was done?
I'm sorry this was Debs sisters and she no longer has the Chrokee.
Like the video. I running a 2012 liberty with 2" OME lift, full plates, 31" grabber ATs. Locker out back
Cool

Hello! what do you think, can such a lifting option lead to a fracture of the lower front lever? Thanks for the answer
The owner has had no issues
why does this video make it seem like i can do this? lol thanks for the video, very clear and motivating.
Because you probably can do this! Thanks for watching
Was thinking about a lift for our Silverado. Been looking at RC..in general would you recommend?
I have heard good things about RC truck lifts, but I have no personal experience with them.

That an awesome sounding set up! We don't currently have any group rides planned for fall. If we set one up, we will post it on our FB page.
Could you get spring compressors squeeze spring put spacers and stuff in then decompress spring that would save a lot of time
That is possible
I have ordered this kit and the rear spacers are made from plastic… is this Normal for these lifts ?
Yes
Looking to do this install myself, could you provide me a list of the basic tools I would need?

Pardon if you already answered this but did you need an alignment after the install? I’ve seen someone say to do an alignment afterwards.
Yes you need to have an alignment
Think I’ll give this lift a shot, just to clarify, I may have missed it, does your Cherokee have Active Drive I or II?
Not sure as it is not our vehicle.

Yes
@@CoddiwompleOverland that’s looks a lot easier than my 2000 Cherokee was to do 👍 great useful vid
Glad it was useful. Thanks!
Where is that video of it with 32" tires?
We do not have one. They took the vehicle home to wait for tires, and we did not get to video it
Would this work with 2016 Latitude?
I would check with the manufacturer.
I know they say this is a 2” lift but the spacers look about half that. How thick are the actual spacers?
They are actually 2 inches
What about dropping both sides and avoiding sway bar nuts
That might work

Thanks for answering his question.
How did the heat gun mod go for the 32" tires? Did you have to cut/grind out the pinch weld or modify the fender liner?
We did have to do the pinch weld mod. We pie cut it and folded it back. We then reminded the inner fender with the heat gun.

I gotta see this with 32s. I just don't see how they are gonna fit. I can't fit 32s on my grand cherokee with a 2 inch lift
