Carole - what a nice cell phone pouch. That is great protection for the phone to have the foam inside lining of the pouch. It is perfect for walks or for talking the dog for a short walk. The phones can be cumbersome as you are doing things . However for safety reasons you really need the phone as you go out & about. Thank you for sharing your crafty talent with us. This is great for everyone to see the process and they can design the size to fit their phone size. Nowadays as they are all different sizes especially with each individual persons cell phone covers & cases they use to protect their phones . Thanks again for another wonderful video.
Just got my Maker about a week or so ago...and ordered some fabric from Cricut. Will get the foam from Amazon, dust off my sewing machine and make this! So cute! Thank you for the video!
Carole thank you so very much for sharing this project with us. I am making it for sure. Your projects are wonderful and easy for someone like myself that really is a first time sewer! thank you!
Thank you Carole for your good instructions. I like it, it´s very easy and quick done. Starting soon with this project. Have a nice day and a lot of good ideas. Greetings from Germany
I loved your idea. Definitely will be very useful. I did have one question. I liked how you put the strap holder at an angle and not straight out. What crossed my mind while you were showing that step, would it work putting it straight up? Let me know what you think. I definitely will be making one this week. I very rarely take my purse when shopping because my husband is usually with me so he just pays. So I end up laying my phone in the shopping cart and I am always afraid someone will take it, even when I put it down in the cart and not in the child seat section. This would be perfect, not bulky, just right to hold while I shop. TY for the video. 👍👏👏👏
One other idea that crossed my mind, if you decide that the strap is too big after you start wearing, just tie a knot at the top of the strap to shorten.
thank you. I'm adding to my comment. I now want to make this cell phone pouch, but you don't give the measurement of the pouch to be cut. Where do I find that? I don't do facebook and you don't seem to have a blog, the info isn't included in the additional info below your video, and I can't find it on cricut. Please help me. I want to make it with leather I bought from Cricut and I'll attach the fusible foam interfacing to the lining. I've looked up how to sew leather on youtube.
I’m 2 years late but at 5:06 she is tracing her phone and saying she is leaving i think 3/4 inch around that..probably for wiggle room. You cant get a 3D object into a flat sew square. But add seam allowances to that. I’d leave a little more unless you want it really tight. Seams themselves are 2 layers thick when turned and if a lining 4 times.
I joined your fb group but I cannot figure how to get the svg to cut out pattern on the cricut. When I click on link to cricut design space it opens to projects but nothing is there.
ATTN>>PLS REPLY ASAP.......AFTER CUTTING YOUR OUTSIDE PIECE 12 X 12".......THEN WHAT? WHAT SIZE DO YOU DUT THE [IECES FOR THE BAG BEFORE SEWING..YOU DONT EVEN MENTION THAT BIT OF INFO!! PLS HELP ALL US "beginners"..thnx in advance!!!
Carole, I love your videos but could you please turn your mike up. I have watched several of your videos and they have all been the same. My volume is all the way up and I can barely here you and I have listened to you on my phone, my iPads and my computer, the volume is still very low.
I think it's really crummy you aren't willing to give the dimensions for those of us who don't use a cricut. Guess you're more interested in making a buck. Oh well.
Carole, what detentions did you use for the fabric, I know everyone’s cell phone maybe different sizes, but how much larger than the phone did you size your fabric? Love the idea, I am going to make one for my granddaughter

Thank you Carol for step by step instructions 🥰
You make it look so easy, love it! Plan on making some.
How much fabric do I need! Is this for a medium size phone?

I guess you could if you make the pouch wider because putting the tabs between the layers would partially block the opening
Been trying to join Facebook group for a minute now to get file, I am wanting to make this for my daughter
Can’t wait to start! I’ve been following your group for awhile and I love your tutorials and patterns!
I wish you had given the dimensions and the seam allowances for stitching and foam.
Great work Carole I love it.
That is so cute and easy to make! :)
Hello, I got the 12x12 squares, but I didn't hear the measurement for the pieces cut? Can you give me the measurement please? Ty
Exactly!
Love this pattern. I am going to make one today.
Very cute! Thanks for sharing!
I am really looking forward to making this. Thank you.

I would suggest using smaller snippers to cut threads instead of that large pair of scissors.
Carole, when are you going to have tour of your new craft room ? Weren’t you going to use your dinning room ? Thanks
Joan Cook just got the last storage unit done this week I posted 2 pics on my profile page I used my dining room and living room lol it’s about 16x20

Gayle Fadden-Keffer I don’t mention it because the pattern is meant for Cricut Design Space users it’s all presided in the cut file.
I too was look g for the dimensions. I don’t have a Cricut machine, but it seems like you could give us the dimensions if we are not using one...
Would you mind giving me the size of the finished product, please?

A major portion of the activity is off the bottom of the video. Too bad.
