May I ask where you are located? I have some questions about snapping scapula and anterior pelvic tilt and I would love to have you look at if you are close

Hey Ryan, I'm based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. I'm basically right on the border between Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Let me know if you're close or can come on into town to check things out.

Can I workout with chronic pelvic pain? Like jogging and planks and pushups

    • @VonGilletteFitness

Hey Lalboi, that's a good question. How do you feel when you do those things?
You could exercise as long as it doesn't make things worse. Sometimes, intensity, amount of repetitions, or duration can affect pelvic pain.
Some people find jogging, planks, and pushups to be irritable to their pelvic pain no matter what the intensity or duration. Some don't. However, check out the APT and "Dude, Your Hip is Higher on One Side" vids to make sure you are insuring you have optimal pelvic alignment.
