I have done 20 or more different exercises two times this week but nothing has helped my apt. Not all of them were apt related, but many including stretching and strengthening hip flexors, abs, back, upper body, legs. This one exercise immediately seems to help relax and relive pain in my lower back. Thank you so much! ❤️

The plank while relaxing the hip flexors feels very good and very exhausting. I started training 5 months ago but so far nothing has fixed my apt. This is the first exercise that actually feels like it is the right thing to do!

Thank you for this video. Would a pelvic tilt cause lower back pain? Also can you do these exercises if you have Diastasis Recti?

Thanks for the question Amber. Yes, a pelvic tilt can directly contribute to lower back pain. You can do these exercises if you have diastasis recti, but it is important that you insure there is not too much expansion of the belly such as when you inahle. There also shouldn't be any discomfort where you can visibly see that your diastasis recti is not separating more. I would actually error on doing more lying on your back exercises. When you are face down, gravity can push your belly often quite easily out more which we don't want at first.

Hey Glyn, great question. Be very careful with this kind of work as some who have pelvic pain will have triggers from doing this kind of work. Some will not. I would ease into it. For me personally, I couldn't do core work until I didn't have pelvic pain for a month, then I still had to ease into it.
