I’ve never used minced soya before to make lasagna. Excellent idea!! I would have added some original Italian pesto sauce and parmesan cheese to the soybean for extra flavour. Also, a tiny amount of nutmeg and onions would have be nice to add to the beshamel sauce. Love the recipe. Well done!
Made this today and despite not having green seasoning and changing the cheeses, it turned out really well. I'd been looking for ways to use the soya chunks I bought. Thanks for the recipe!
You can make a soya chunks pelau! That's something I used to make and it tastes great because I usually do the same as you and add seasonings to the soya while it's in the hot water rehydration stage but I used the dark one that don't have to be squeezed out after the rehydration process!
Chef, the whisk; is that scratching up the pan? I just don’t want the lining of pan being digested in my body. This looks delish and nutrish! Thank you!
If i didn't see I woulda doubt is not meat wow Yes just some green salad with that. I visualize it in :Burger patties :With spaghetti :pies : In Pasta salad Thanks for the recipe
