@@ArrgsDev if he was genuinely a decent player, he wouldn't be used as a utility to plug holes in the list/out on the field. Clock's tickin for your mob to exit the finals. With any luck a lost grand final.... again.
@@thedownunderverse they were expected to be a bottom 4 side this year. No matter where they land now, they've had an extremely good and exciting year - don't think many are expecting the flag. Carlton were expected to be top 4.
@@melburnmt7320 LOL. Who expected Carlton to be top 4??? Most had them 7-10
I remember 1977 pretty clearly, 1978 we won a final and finished 4th. Lost to Collingwood in the First semi Final. Then we dominated for the next 4 years winning 3 flags and were not far off in 1980 as well. I am upset now but know our best is ahead of us. This will hurt but what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.I think they will turn it around next year.
Stop living in the past old man!
The past is the only thing the Sal cap cheats cling on to.
Sorry mate that was over 40 years ago. On paper and judging the stats Carlton was the better side....no question. But Collingwood is a scary side. They have several plus players that have either just played or not played a full season of football. They're just an AMAZING side.
@@goldenman8825 You wouldn't say it to my face so dont say it here bud. Put your keyboard balls away.
@@paulkyriakopoulos3444 Another mouth all mighty. LMAO
2023 . After that end of a season ....pfft they fail when playing quality sides. Carlton are Show Pony's.
Collingwood = Efficiency
How does the song go The team that never lets you down bullshit
Carlton’s choke is a classic example of why Collingwood are a faux and why Geelong will pummel them first week. 104% just speaks of an average team.
North Melbourne inexperience and inability to put Collingwood away when given the chance or Carlton inability to ice the game or Essendon inability to defend the last 20 seconds are examples of chokes, not because Collingwood are world beaters. Lose these 3 games and Collingwood are the ones missing finals.
Collingwood wins against Melbourne were impressive, let me preface by saying this. They have had our measure and just like how we match up against Brisbane, Collingwood match up on us extremely well, so taking nothing away from what they have actually achieved to this point.
Carlton handed them the win, Collingwood didn’t win it.
true
delusional analysis. to act like collingwood didn't win this game but carlton handed it to them is a joke and you can enjoy getting demolished by sydney first week buddy
All very well, but you’ve gotta put it thru the big sticks, right?
Herr Voss - Um , um um um um um um um after match
We might not have played at our best. What all you Collingwood haters are forgetting is the Pies were all over Carlton for 3 of the 4 quarters.
@@frustralia4293 Check the score board mate. ;)
@@frustralia4293 I don't care what has been MSM commentators say, all they have now is stats. On the score board we won three quarters mate, and we won the game. ;)

Carlton were never as good as they thought they were. Their fans were carrying on like they won the flag back in April!
Still an incredibly limited side when you're giving a massive spud like Jack Silvagni regular games. They've overpaid a lot of players over the years to join them too and their cap space is very tight. Looking like they will be another middle of the road side for the next few seasons as a result.
"Their fans were carrying on like they won the flag back in April!" Sorry we upset you being happy to be contending to play finals for the first time in 10 years. That must have been tough to deal with fans who are happy when their team finally starts to improve.
@@ArrgsDev I won't begrudge any fan who celebrates their team but all over social media there were cocky Blues fans chirping up. A rabble club who has been in the wilderness for so long should have some humility until they actually deliver something. And as you learned the hard way, you went too early and came up with nothing but a bag of steaming dung. Maybe you're success starved but the lesson here is remain humble until you get some runs on the board, not the runs down the back of your leg when the pressure goes up a notch!
Oh and delist Silvagni, wouldn't get a game at the half time Auskick, let alone another club. Absolute spud who gets a game based on his surname. Cost you the game last week vs Melbourne.
@@TheAlphaDingo Silvagni has been forced to play out of position for this whole season.
Can't expect him to play his best football when the coaches don't give him consistency in one of his prefered positions.
He is a really hard worker who can adapt to fill in for most roles much better than pulling in a ressie player. Pretty easy call to make if you had seen him last year playing a consistent role vs one or two games this year where he is just filling a gap.
@@ArrgsDev if he was genuinely a decent player, he wouldn't be used as a utility to plug holes in the list/out on the field. The fact the coaches moved him around shows they didn't think he performed a particular role to a very high standard and was expendable enough to play elsewhere. If the Blues want to make the 8 next season, he's the first one Voss needs to sack. He's a plodder who won't help you get to the next level. He's basically a less talented Nick Duigan with a famous surname.
@@TheAlphaDingo This is a really dumb comment that shows you only watched one or 2 Carlton games this year and that you just like to have opinions without bothering to actually have a good understanding of anything. Pretty clear you just want to try and see if you can get Carlton fans angry for some reason, but instead of that working it just makes you look like you don't really know what you are talking about.
Durdin
Should be sacked.
@@zigzag8949 I’m not even a Carlton supporter and that cooked me…. I was filthy at how incompetent that was… couldn’t imagine being a Bagger and seeing him kick that to a pie.

5 of 6 flags against the FILTH. I know which match(es) I'd pick. Colliwobbles only a few weeks away... the clock is ticking... tick tok.... tick tok...... hahhahahahaha
Who cares. So they missed out. Well teams have faced that for decades. Grow a pair and get over it. If a team is good enough it wins, if not, they lose. Better luck next time.
yes Carlton have been Dumb
What is great in footy?
A couple copying another commentator ? Check out Robbo. lol
Of course it was a free kick to Harry, not maybe! That aside, Carlton and its coaching panel were hopeless in letting this game slip because of poor intellect, structure and composure! Collingwood will go out in straight sets because the quality now in Finals will not make these basic fundamental errors!
hahaha pretty funny hey. The blues blew it (again)
Pfft.. imagine if the pies put this effort in against the swans.. lol..
They still would of lost go the Swans💪
Carlton has some great players but still too many fillers it’s a below average team. As a Carlton supporter I don’t like Voss he was no good as Brisbane coach and now here at Carlton where he doesn’t belong.
How can you not like Voss he has got this team further than anyone else in recent memory (putting aside Essendon being drug cheats)
3 men on a panel ? Disgraceful . Get a female on the panel .
And the Lady blues persist in playing SilVAGni.
