Dude been there, been left feeling used and empty, the more energy I put in the further she drifted away.... The pain from that was such a smack in the face that I did stuff I swore I never would, plains...pffft went on five of them on a round the world trip... Parties...gigs... You name it... I'm so glad to hear them again. I honestly don't see a change in them. They've maintained themselves unlike so many others and continue forward as one of my all time favorite bands.

To everyone who is complaining about the lyrics and are saying, "They aren't as good as normal Hoobastank lyrics." Well, they are you just have to pay attention to them. The louder " This is gonna hurt..." voice is showing a break-up from the side of the person breaking up the relationship to protect themselves and the quieter "The writing's on the wall..." voice is showing the beak-up from the other side and their acceptance of it. So don't just write off the lyrics just pay attention them.

God, so many haters out there for this band. I don't see you having a song on the radio! They are brilliant musicians and the guitar riffs rock. You wouldn't see talent even if it bit you in the ass! Hoobastank, you rock! I think this song shows their music has evolved... WAY better than The Reason in my view! Keep songs like this coming Hoobastank! You have a fan here that plays this song over 100 times a day and I scream it at the top of my lungs! Powerful! Yep. Love this song!

if the last song you heard was "out of control", that was 2003 - you should check out their album "every man for himself". "for(n)ever" came out after that one, but i like EMFH better. can't wait for the new album!

Used to love these guys. Met them a long time ago and had the privilege of seeing a very small acoustic gig at looney tunes on LI. I still follow and support them. I do feel like something changed after every man for himself tho. The songs just didn't hit me like they used to. They had this amazing way with blending the aggressive nature of the band with beautiful melody's and sounding very unique in the process. I feel on the last 2 albums it starting losing that uniqueness and sounded much more stocky, kind of safe radio rock. Music is subjective and this is just my personal opinion as im sure a lot of people still love them. But as an oldschool fan since the beginning I just cant get into the last few albums. I hope one day they can pull me back.

No one asked you to listen to those bands. Don't like it, then just end the song and go listen to something else. Even if you don't like them, doesn't give you the right to disrespect him. I don't like Justin Bieber but you know what I respect the fact that he likes what he does and is happy with HIS music. These guys put their heart and soul into the music. No room for haters in this world and definitely not in music.

Use to be a bigger LP fan in early 2000 but they got worse and worse with each album, ended up not being able to relate to their music anymore. Hoobastank on the other did the opposite and just keeps on getting better and better with each album they come out with. I can really see the growth and the effort they put into their music. Best band ever!!!
