Great to see your sincere emotions! Your take of this thing is very close to mine - if you are in that narrow niche of who it's made for - it's brilliant. Otherwise its range limit makes it really hard to be useful.
There is a much cheaper Chinese Thai electric scooter/bike which is a 125cc equivalent and gets to 50 KPH [31 MPH] in a claimed 1.7 seconds and a tested 1.8 seconds. Miles faster than the overpriced CE 02, and it looks good.

There are also chinese cars, faster and cheaper than BMW cars. And people buy BMW although.
