Maybe get cheap uniforms for each side? You guys could organize this to make it an even bigger event. Now *that* would be epic
The problem is to find cheap uniforms that are actually accurate but i'd love to do that
After war uniforms are cheap
You can take Swiss post war uniforms for french army and swedish uniforms for germany

Great idea im suprised there is no popilar airsoft field with a trench mode like this. Quick lil question tho: howd yall keep the fires controled?
Maybe someday this will be an official field! :D We keep the fires controlled by bulldozing a dirt ring around the field so the fire can't spread.

Most field owners don't want to deal with the liability of someone falling and getting hurt, even if you did sign a waiver.

I learned that in World War I when you’re just cooking gunshots could be heard and explosions in the trenches could happen doing cooking too

Man I stumbled onto this and y'all are cracking me up this is fun though! We used to have BB wars if we had a Red Ryder that was okay if you had a pump pellet gun you couldn't pump it more than twice some people would cheat though, lol We're lucky we never lost an eyeball lol the worst thing we ever had was welts and I broke my toe running into a tongue of a trailer in the tall grass we used to have a hell of a good time with BB Wars! We didn't have Airsoft back then! Cool videos reminding me of my younger days!

Can't wait till I get back to the states. I'm going to go airsofting in within the first few weeks. Also to fix your mortar problem use a four by four post and strap the tube to it. It works quite well.

Also a question, can't you get hurt by the fire works? And how much does the air soft guns hurt?
Fire works dont acually hurt unless it hits exposed skin (mainly your face)

Airsoft guns hurt I was playing Airsoft yesterday and got shot in the back now I have a bump on that spot
I’m gonna do the same thing and try and make the trenches last as long as they can

I did build a live artillery gun that can use fireworks but is kind of wierd how it works doesn't work like the real one but it's just that it needed a few more time to build

Dude name the battlefield and add more people to fight with you. Now that would be cool and it would look like battlefield 1 and an all-out battle with no empty spaces on the battlefield. Imagine that dude thats epic!

Let me give you an idea of what is was like so it was your situation but there was alot of diseases it was really cold and really wet and they were constantly under heavy fire by artillery and infantry
