- What a surprise proposal during this wedding! We did not know what was about to happen, that the bride would, instead of toss the bouquet, give the bouquet to one of the toastmasters and that her fiancé would propose, surprise!

I think it's great that the bride is in on it and agrees to this. I think it's wrong and rude when people use someone's wedding or reception to announce or propose and take the attention off the bride and groom and celebrating their marriage. The bride was very happy to share her big day!

That was sweet of the couple to share their most joyful wedding moments with, I guess what is, their best friends like that. This was the new bride's day of celebration and yet took the time to be selfless and share. I loved how she handed the bouquet of flowers and turned the young lady around. Most Swedish people are nice and unselfish. A bride putting someone else in center of her wedding is not that remarkable for them. Believe me as I have seen many such unselfish actions in my 27 years in Sweden.

This is very sweet of the bride ❤️ And I think this will be a nice memory to add to their wedding. At one of our friend's weddings, by chance I caught the bouquet and my boyfriend at the time caught the garter. A few years later we got married and our friend always mentions what happened at her wedding and that it was meant to be and it makes her really happy.

No, not for me! The guy seems cheap as AF! Proposing on someone else's paid venue -- is pretty shallow. I've known three people who've done it. These women are complaining how their husbands fiercely love competing for the attention of other women or they finally took the blinders off and realized they'd married a callous narcissist and serial cheapskate. I know this act appears harmless and loving, trust me it's completely not. A man should propose using his own time and money to plan and execute his OWN unique and memorable moment. Men are finding new ways to camouflage their laziness and deeply flawed behaviors. Ladies don't fall for it!

Wanting to not have someone get proposed to AT YOUR WEDDING, is not Bridezilla-like. It's just simple courtesy and decency to pick a time that is not on the day of your friend's wedding.
