Yeah, those shield pieces immediately got stress marks the first (and only) time I pulled them apart. Never doing that again. Also, those rods that came with Bumblebee can clip on to the ridges on the side of Wheeljack’s spoiler.
Mine came today! Sadly, a Prime Master does not fit inside his chest... but if you have a spare Matrix rattling around, like S86 Hot Rod's, it can pop right in there. "Arise, Wheeljackimus Prime!" What? He's a space van after all. And if you unfold his backpack a bit, he has a cape as majestic as Alpha Trion's 😜
Oh, they definitely could have done it better. All they had to do is make the robot mode bigger so the panels could compress better. He should have been more like SS86 Ironhide IMO.
@@GhostPrimeReviews True. I'm very lenient with robot scale, tho. (I like my "minibots" MP scale for example.) What really surprises me is that they didn't just put more of the kibble onto the backpack and make it removable.
To easily break apart the blue 'shield' pieces, fold them to be on top of one another. To easily put them back together, the centre piece has grooves on the connector part facing down. Just put the centre part over the side part and press down. Both require little force. I hope this helps!
Love the idea of doing Wheeljack's odd Cybertron mode. However, the engineering on this figure is pretty bad. Wheeljack robot mode looks awful and he transforms backwards. His feet always has been the front of the vehicle, even on cybertron. What a miss opportunity.
Now that I've seen the transformation... Hands down, the worst origins figure. That doesn't look like fun at all. I really don't get the hype this figure gets.

Yeah I noticed the Rod Location after filming. I dont like it, they should go inside. :)
Awesome Review, GhostPrime. This is a great figure.
Congrats on getting Wheeljack GhostPrime!! I really enjoy seeing him standing besides Origin Jazz and Bumblebee. lol Keep on being amazing.

Then it wouldn't scale, I'm displaying it in vehicle mode, and that works well enough for me. The Bot mode isnt great, and he super fiddly

Oh I can do it, just dont want it to snap. Being clear plastic and all.
@@GhostPrimeReviews Cool, man. There's so little force needed with the fold method, there's no worries about that!
For wheeljack origin the energon rods fit on the spoiler in case you didn't know but good review 👍
Yeah, I did find that out after. I wish there was room inside like in the episode though. Thanks!
Glorified shellformer is a perfect description. Mine came in the other day and like yours, it'll stay in vehicle mode.
I just got mine hes alright but im still a big fan of origins jazz
True Jazz is better
this feels like a chore
What wrong with being stubby? … that’s what he said

This figure is garbage, the instructions that come with it are garbage too. Avoid this POS at all costs!
Its a decisive one for sure. I didnt find the instructions hard to read though.
