#9 | We are SAILING to AMSTERDAM | LinneaSailing

In this week's episode we sail the Dutch freshwater lakes towards Amsterdam. It's a busy sail with lots of boats around us, going in all directions. Weak winds and huge fields of kelp makes this one of our slowest sails ever (25 NM in 7 hours). We also visit Amsterdam city and take a canal tour where we learn why so many houses seems to be falling.

We are Emmy and Marcus, a Swedish couple who has decided to leave our home and set sail. For now the goal is Caribbean, but who really knows how far your dreams might take you?

Which marina did you choose in Amsterdam, Was it Sixhaven? A good choice?, or would you chose different next time??

Yes, Sixhaven is correct :) We really enjoyed our stay there! It was super easy to take the ferry from there to central Amsterdam.
