You made parting from your belongings look so easy lol. You definitely inspired me to redecorate & just let go of some unnecessary stuff I have been keeping . I wish you good luck on your new journey and thankyou for giving us good content 💗💗.
It wasn’t easy at all, I still think of them from time to time 😭 but things have to be rid of in order for better things to come in ❤️😊 And yes, please let go some stuff that doesn’t spark joy anymore asap before it gets harder to get rid of them
can't believe they took the deposit as well :') about to start renting in Japan and I really hope this isn't normal, so sorry it happened to you that sucks :(
I’ve seen people getting back their deposit with other agents/companies but after some reading on the internet, it seems like renting with mini mini = impossible to get your deposit back. If anyone has rented with mini mini in the past, please share your experience 🙏😊
But no worries, I’m fine. I do regret renting with mini mini from very early on. And just happy that I only needed to pay ¥4000 in the end (I expected it to be around ¥40000)
Hey just want to share with you that I just moved to a new place recently! And it was so hectic I got so tired 🥱 But I really wish you all the best! 😭 Please continue to be cheerful and happy even if you moved out from Japan!
Thank you for sharing! Hopefully your new place is better and more comfortable! Take a good rest ❤️ Thank youuu dear 🥹❤️ All the best in your new place too!
You could have planned a little earlier your moving. 3 days?!!and it IS fair to take your deposit for cleaning.your place was Not cleaned it was a mess and dirty. Deal with the consecuenses Girl!
Hahah i definitely didn’t plan covid to happen. Fyi, it was a normal cleaning fees that is subjected to every tenant moving out if you understand Japanese/the context. If that’s the case, it should be called a 礼金 (key money) and not 敷金(deposit) in the first place. Sorry I wasn’t clear, but i did vacuum and scrub the floor with my hands. A year ago, I was told that tenants moving out need to expect an additional $300 payment, but i was only asked for $30 this time. Hope this info helps 😇
